Atrocious Customer Support
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this computer mostly to watch videos and do work while in town, all without bringing my charger. It was very successful at that...at first, but then there were sound popping issues. I was told to send it in after an online support session. However, the service center never had the parts to repair the computer, and the servicing got delayed for about 2 months now. Besides this being ridiculous in it's own right the case manager for my computer tried to offer a replacement, which is good. However she kept trying to contact me while I was at work, and my attempts to call her were met with a voicemail. Now that I've reestablished contact I'm going through an irritating process of selecting a similar "replacement" which I honestly don't have time for. Anyways this is my experience and is not everyone's, but beware of this possibility if you get this computer.

Great computer BUT.....
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I loved this computer - when it was working. Unfortunately after only 3 weeks I have had to send it to HP for repair. The screen went black and could not do anything with it. No keyboard function, no re-boot, just a brick. Hopefully I can update this post with some good news when I get it back - supposedly in 2 weeks....... Good Luck folks !!!!
