Everything works perfectly. I've had this laptop for months. Still doing great Good price too.

I like the quality of the laptop. A lot on the computer is very new for my use, the keyboard lights up, touchscreen, windows 11, and start screen. It is fast especially when the battery is fully charged. I'm having trouble adjusting to the touchscreen, I like using a mouse. The price was worth purchasing.

I was skeptical about buying this computer because I thought I wanted one of the new more powerful processors. This computer has surpass my once and needs. The speed is design. The typing experience is all working well.. I would recommend this computer computer to college students. yeah

This is probably one of the best computers I’ve ever purchased. I am a nurse that works from home quite a bit and it is very fast with my programs. I don’t play games or anything on it but if you’re purchasing this computer just to do work or things for school it would be perfect and it was a great price.

It is a great laptop it works very well it does overheat when you use it but that is probably because i have it on my bed but if it overheats just search hp command center and download it and that should fix thr issue

I love the slim nature of the case and the speed of functions. It helps that the geek squad is so proficient at streamlining the apps that are important to me. I have everything arranged so it's on the desktop. I have minimal computer skills so things need to be as easy as possible. The only thing I regret is things don't come with an instruction book anymore or a tutorial function.

Huge thanks to Best Buy on this one. The device itself is amazing, however, it was Best Buy’s wonderful customer service. I bought this laptop for my mom, the tough part is that my mom and I have completely different tech needs and standards, so when she asked me to find a laptop for her I knew all I had to do was walk into Best Buy and talk to a helpful employee. After discussing my mom’s typical use needs and ideal day using the laptop, I was able to narrow down to the perfect device in minutes. I decided to pick up this new hp model, featuring a clean display, unbelievably light yet great build quality, packed with 8 gigabytes of DDR5 ram and an excellent 512 SSD. Overall I’d say my mom is beyond satisfied with her device and I could not have pulled it off without Best Buy.

I am very pleased with the new HP Envy laptop which was offered at a fabulous price. I am not a big game player so the speed, clarity, and functionality works great for me. Been using it for about a month.

I received this processor as a Christmas gift. So far, I find it to be quick which is what I was looking for. I also the compact size and glad that it's not too bucky. I would recommend definitely!!!

My husband needed a laptop to use with his 3d printer. He usually uses a desktop. So he didnt need anything fancy. We got a good deal on it and it is fast and has decent memory. The touchscreen and ability to use it like a tablet is great.

Bought 3 of these for clients. Great price and savings and with great specs. You want to at least have a 512GB SSD now a days, it only has 8GB of ram, but a good 2 in 1 laptop that you can flip over and powerful!
