My grandson who is headed off to college selected his computer because it was a good gaming device and had a good graphics card. Had good memory and a faster processor.we got him a new printer , mouse and all the bells and whistles he needed.

Good features on this all in one. Was a little tricky to get it installed. Went through the install multiple times and finally had to manually set the IP address during the install and then it worked. it's a bit slow printing but works fine.,

I was happy to get a good deal on it. However, I was sold a cable I really didn't need as one came with the printer. Small point, I know, but I think the salesman should have known this.

Even though I called support and their techs worked on it for three hours still no workable driver that allows me to control the printer

This is a great printer. I haven't yet determined how quickly the ink runs out overall, but it ran out quickly after my first commercially purchased black cartridge. But that might have been a fluke. Otherwise, I really like it.

Good overall purchase - Great Price - Ink for my old HP Printer would have cost more than what I payed for this Hp Printer. Go Figure ? Maybe I Should do this every time I run out of ink.

My trusty HP 1040 printer stopped working with my Win10 desktop and this one was on sale for almost half price, and seems so far to be well worth regular price with the wireless printing as well as capability to print remotely through the internet

We bought two of these, one for daughter at college and one for home. The one away is working great except she's unable to connect to school wifi with it, so has to use mobile data to print from devices. Ours at home worked for about 2 weeks then multiple issues. First, frustrating to have to switch to the HP Envy's wifi in order to print everything - then have to switch back to our home wifi to download then back to printer's wifi to print. Very inconvenient! Had to call for service as kept getting error message and asked to re-align printer, or telling me I was out of paper long before actually was. (Have WASTED so many blank pages trying to print things when the ink is only 2/3 to 3/4 empty on display.) Then I get warning from HP that I've used more pages than estimated for the automatic inc subscription... but since I'm in my 90 day free trial they'll let it go. 30% of pages used were wasted on aligning, test pages while on phone w/support or blank pages! It produces BLANK pages, no gray inbetween or any warning it's actually running out. Will print the colored pictures but none of the letters if black ink low. Ever since the 2nd call to HP for help when it wouldn't print, now we have to unplug and restart the printer for EVERY job we do, even if just restarted it, will have to unplug again to print a second job immediately. I have used this product for a month but 70% of the time having to troubleshoot and more than once call HP for support - wasted 2-3 hours on phone with them and now have popups on my mac and slow messages on mac that were not there prior to having support log in to my computer. Definitely returning this product and would NOT recommend. Read reviews after and found others with similar issues.

I have been a HP printer guy since the first ink jets came out. In the early 2000's the quality went down and I went to Canon printer I came back to the ENVY because it only uses two cartridges and the speed and quality is back...for now.

I am enjoying this printer just fine. I am 83 yrs old and after having it hooked up have been happy with it. Had an HP before but like this updated version. Just sorry I did not understand the Geek Squad offer at the time.

Good for daily use, when high volume printing is not needed. Provides me the printing availability I need to cover reports and copying needs. I like the Wi-Fi connectivity It provides between my computer and phone. It is very user friendly.

Great for our needs. I hope it lasts longer then our last hp printer. It died right after spending 100 bucks on new xl ink. I love this one uses 2 cartridges instead of four . And they are much less expensive. Very easy to set up.

Great for home use. Be sure you sign up for the HP Instant Ink within 7 days of setting up the printer so you get the 3 months free trial. We failed to do that but the ink savings cost with HP Instant Ink is quite good.

great printer. Once you set it up it will tell yu everything you want to know and with the HP ink program there is o worry about running out of ink and having to run to get a cartridge in the middle of a project

I have always used HP printers and have been satisfied. My old one started having problems copying even though it would copy is sent from my computer or phone. So, I replaced it with this one. Has been working fine.

Nice addition to the office. Great multi function printer, the printer even tells us that it needs ink, and orders the ink for me.

There's no getting around the fact that HP printers do a better job on color printing than the new Epson I bought earlier. I would give 5 stars if it weren't for the cumbersome paper loading operation that most HPs employ.

I was expecting a whole lot more but didn't do any research. The print quality is decent with the occasional lines in the printings. Over all gets the job done for the prince.

I bought this in a hurry when my old printer died. Wish I had done more research. It was not easy to set up - not user friendly. Once set up it has a problem with printing photos (which are low quality compared to my previous HP 7520). It often claims to be out of photo paper when there is plenty in the bin. I've had to take out/re-insert photo paper 5-6 times before getting one photo! It also insisted on HP photo paper, which I did happen to have handy, though now I will be stuck with lots of generic photo paper if I can't get it ti work. The settings are not intuitive, compared to the 7520. I may return this one and get something else.

I have not had a vast amount of time to rigorously use this item to assure one of its dependability and reliability. For the sale price on the day It was purchased, I was willing to take the chance to trust another HP product.
