For the most part it seems to work fine. The only issue I have right now is when I tried to print a full page picture with glossy paper there were lines on the print. I haven't had a chance to try to resolve this yet.

I think the printer is nice But I also thought it was a fax machine too: the statement All -in - one is misleading to the customer. And now I have something I can't totally use .. And I am sorry for that .

This is a great printer fo the price. Offers all features needed for general home use. Easy to set up, print quality is fine. HP has beeen our printer choice for years and this one has not disappointed

Perfect for home use. Wireless set up is easy and quick! The printer works great. The two ink cartridges really makes it easy to maintain! Overall if you are in need of a nice, efficient home printer this is it!

I purchased this for school work and some personal use. After using it for a couple weeks I'd have to say that this printer is a middle of the road item. It was difficult to set up due to the online option that I selected. After three days of headaches I uninstalled and reinstalled the driver, opted to use the disc only and it was fine. Using a cell phone or my tablet (both Samsung) to print from is a pain. It prints and scans slowly. I guess for the price it is ok but for printing lots of pages or scanning more than a few pages it is frustrating. If you plan to use this often I would upgrade to a more expensive item.

My HP Envy 5530 had died. I needed a new printer. I was able to return my broken printer, get a discount on the purchase of a new 5540 in about 10 minutes flat. Customer Service staff was most helpful. Very pleased.

Too complicated process for scanning documents. Recurring problem keeping printer online. Printer was on sale-now I know why.

Was looking for a printer for quite some time and didn't know what was the best fit for my needs but after speaking with the Best Buy rep they were very helpful in recommending this item which is perfect.

I love the added tray for being able to print photos - we take so many and now it is quick & easy for me to print them our and send to family. Extra bonus I did not realize we would use so much.

For the price I got it for ($79.99) this is such a great printer. Works perfectly. Only thing that surprised me was it was a little bigger then I thought. Overall though I'd give 4.9 out of 5 stars!

I check the reviews of this first, it's everything thing that was said about it, I also signed up for the Ink Cartridge program.. It's been very convenient. As always Best Buy, is really the Best Buy !!

The only issue I've had with this printer so far is that sometimes it doesn't scan the greatest on the initial scan. After changing a few settings, or changing the jpg after scanning, it looks fine.

Got this printer bc my old one had finally gone kaput, and couldn't be happier. Great value, and great printing capability for your typical user and in a sleek, smooth package. Looks great, works great!

It was difficult to add to our old computer by using the online directions. So we put in the disk that was provided and didn't have an issue adding it to our computer. it works well. no complaints so far.

Was looking to find a printer that I didn't have to buy multiple ink cartridges for and run out of ink after 10 copies. This one fills the bill, love it have not had to use the extra czrtridges I bought.

This printer is dependable and doesn't waste a lot of ink. The ink cartridges are the larger, longer lasting ones, and are reasonably priced. Not super high quality printing, but good enough to get the job done.

Purchased this item on sale. Older HP printer died and I needed a replacement. Checked Consumer Reports which gave this product a Best Buy. Works great. No problems. Easy to install and use.

This is a great printer for home use, I love the fact that I can scan a document, then send it by email. This printer has already paid for itself by the use that I get out of it

Since retiring don’t print as much as I did in past old HP finally died saw this printer on sale checked out reviews and checked out other printers at Best Buy Happy with this one
