Drivers did not download completely. Have to turn printer off and on every time you want to use it.

Most difficult part was locating PIN # required, finally had to call HP and received great assistance, even with switching printer to wireless connection for me.

The built in wifi feature is awesome and easy to setup. I used to have a printer before this that didn't have this capability and it was a drag. Very user friendly.

Works great so far. Have had it a couple months. Only issue I had was I forgot to reboot after installing drivers on my Mac and it wouldn't print. After a reboot all is well

Great printer that's affordable for basic needs. Wished it would have printed better on card stock, but other than that I loved it.

I have no complaints. This HP printer does everything I want it too including printing from my phone. We aren't heavy printer users, but this meets our needs.

This printer could only be setup with help from the Geek Squad. I bought it for my wife because it was suppose to be easy to use but I found that to be completely untrue.

Ihad a small problem getting the computer and printer to recognize each other. Once I got them synced it works fine

Very happy with this purchase.I had difficulty hooking it up to my computer, however I am not very computer savvy, I called HP and they were very helpful.

This printer was easy to setup and get started. It’s quiet and prints quickly. Very lightweight compared to previous printers that I have owned.

Printer does everything it is supposed to do. Did have a few problems downloading the software and connecting it to the wif, but resolved them pretty quickly.

Only downside is for the times you need a multi page scanno document feeder. If you need tat feature spend the extra $50.

So prints very well but used ink cartridge super quick in my opinion, also my bad but didn't notice there is no auto feeder :( other than that works great

We walked into Best Buy to purchase a replacement printer. The customer service representative was very helpful explaining the options of the different printers.

ok just looking for a printer that would work better than the last hp printer i had.....so far good but still uses ink

Bought this printer because of the HP brand and so far are happy with my purchase. A little noisy but performs great.

The printer is easy to use. Love HP's support site. HP also sends great downloads to use for art and craft projects.

The old printer I had seemed to run out of ink often. The person who helped me suggested this printer and I’ve been happy with my purchase.

Had problems at the beginning connecting to the network but eventually I got it working and it works really good

The printer has lost it's connection to wifi on a few occasions, requiring a power cycle to get it back connected again. Other than that, working great.
