This printer is worthless. It was easy to set-up, and for a few weeks it printed documents from my MacBook. However, it never made copies, no matter how many efforts I made to pursue trouble- shooting steps. After a month it stopped printing documents, because the printer determined the paper tray was empty. It was not! Again I pursued all the recommended trouble-shooting steps but with no success. As recommended I purchased high quality paper, which I had been using anyway, cleaned the tray and rollers (on a one month old printer), and tried every other option. Apparently the take up rollers are so cheap they just wouldn't accept any paper. My old Lexmark printer has issues but nothing like this. Thankfully I purchased a two year replacement program and will return it ASAP.

Read and reviewed printers that met my qualifications. But it was not until I was home that the fine print on the box - information that was NOT available on Best Buy website - showed my OS not listed. Unhappily returned it, but purchased a very similar but compatible printer. Read the box carefully for OS listing, which for MAC is 10.8 or later.

Love this printer! Easy to install and use! On sale too, so I couldn't pass it up! I prefer HP products and am not disappointed.

this printer is awesome! my kids use it for school all the time and the scanner works great. it pairs to devices very easily.

Had a very difficult time hooking it up - needed Geek Squad to do it and even now It doesn't always print. I have to restart it every time it won't print and I have been just restarting every time I want to print something.- been using HP Print and scan doctor but that hasn't fixed it either. So I just restart. It's annoying but usable. Also have to restart every time I want to scan to Computer, it disconnects.

This printer is perfect for me! I read product info. before purchasing and the printer has surpassed my expectations! :)

I had the printer for a week. It would copy and print but would not scan. Also, it would not print color items in color. All color copies were black and white prints. The copies were also not clean prints. I may have just purchased a bad one. I have faith in HP printers, so, I chose to upgrade and I'm happy with the upgrade.

I am not a technological genius! This product is simple to use and yet performs many functions. I am very happy with it.

I print from Apple products a lot and the printer is easy to set up and use. The touch screen is a good upgrade versus previous model

It works well and has not caused any problems for me. I like the ability to print on both sides and to print photos when I need them.

I upgraded to this printer from an HP 5530. Actually found the 5530 ia bit easier to operate, but like the features of the new one too.

My old printer finally wore out, wanted another HP. Got this on & it's does the best job on color photos. Very pleased with it.

Was concerned about setting up printer. As it turned out was very simple and worked the first time I went through the instructions.

Works well for the need. Setup was quick and pretty simple. Print quality was what I expected for this class of printer.

Did go in to buy a new printer but this one caught my eye because I picked up a second job being a consultant and the idea of printing from my iPhone was amazing. Prints in black and white fine. Most pages I need printed aren't compatible with the printer, color is terrible everything has been extremely off since I got it.

For the price of it, this is a steal! Everything I needed for my office in one machine.

I debated getting a printer for a few weeks and after doing a lot of research i decided on this printer. I love it so far!

In the limited time I have been printing the unit has performed well. I have not changed the combined color ink tank as yet.

HP needs to create a disk for Windows 10. The disk supplied does not load the complete program as it is formatted for XP.

This computer is reasonably priced and has some great features. It's a pretty basic computer with decent memory.
