    The printer was difficult for me to set-up as the provided instructions did not do a good job of explaining the process. It took several calls to HP support before someone could walk me through it. I was getting ready to box this up and exchange for a Canon. I gave it one last try and a tip one of the HP techs gave me helped. Next time I will try DELL.

    Bought this for the convenience and was highly disappointing. Very slow getting info from smartphones and it is constantly interacting with computer. If you are on a limited data plan I don't recommend this product I went over for the month. I returned it the following week. On top of all that the ink cartridges cost more than I paid for the printer.
