    I bought this product on sale almost 2 years ago and I plan on returning it soon. I'm so thankful I purchased Best Buy's extended warranty because this printer has been a headache pretty much since the beginning. It started out fine, but I noticed when I turned it off after the first time I used it, it wouldn't reconnect automatically the next time. Ever since then it always goes offline when it goes into sleep mode or gets turn off. It won't stay connected no matter what I do. I'm tired of having to troubleshoot every time I need to print and I don't have the time. The other thing I don't like about this printer is that despite rarely printing, I started having things I printed show up faint and with lines a little after a year of me owning it. I ended up having to buy new cartridges after about a year and a half of little to no usage even though according to the printer and the HP diagnostic software I still had about 50% color left and 40% black left. My family has had HP products all through my life and my mom currently has a printer that's about 8 or 9 years old and even though it's rarely used now since I no longer live with her, I can still go over her house to print when this one is acting up. So there's no excuse for these cartridges to be dried up or whatever, within the first year and a half.
