This printer does a good job of printing and set up was relatively easy, but the scanner has been the problem. I have to fight with the connection every time I scan. The App isn't user friendly and the help guide leaves a lot of room for improvement.

Lacks ability to set scan options but good overall

The system is easy to set up and can be used by multiple devices to include a cell phone. I gave it three stars because I have not been able to keep it connected to WiFi in order to print however I have geek squad and they are able to fix it if need be.

This printer works very well, but the wireless feature went bad in less than 2 years of use, no way to fix it my IT friend tried everything but didn’t work, I will still buy an HP but a different model

do not see how to edit pictures.for instances i have a picture of group (one person is taller) when i print it cuts off part of head. but when i look at it on phone everything is there including his head.

I have not been able to get the printer to work either using the disc or downloading it from the recommended web page.

I specifically stated I had an older IMac computer, no internet connection available, and would not be needing fax capability. This printer was recommended by the store employee. However, we should have read the box and directions because you cannot hook this printer up and make it active without the use of the internet -- which is not available at our home. Also, the computer platform required was not what we had and no other "updates" for older computers was available -- that we could find through the HP website, from our office computers (where we have internet).

product was very good for 6 weeks. After ;6 weeks it started grinding. Took ti back to best buy and exchanged it for HP envy 5660. Only had the new printer for 2 days. So far it seems pretty good

The printer performs basic printing and scanning. It replaced my old printer which died after 3 yrs which I was told is a long life for one. I do not need any more features so it works well for me.

I had the Envy 5530 and it was a good printer. I can print from my computer, but it will not copy when I use that feature. I will need to return to find out what is happening to its brain.

Bought this printer to join the hp ink club. Printer doesn't consistanly grab paper to print. Cartridges don't last as long as my Kodak did, but I do have 10 months free ink.

No complaints about the quality of the prints, but the ink goes fast and the need for replacement is quicker than I was expecting. Be prepared to need ink often with this printer.
