Not enough instruction on how to install . Never got the wireless to work then found out I needed a cord to install printer. I now have it working and it is nothing special .

The printer is a great size but doesn't hold enough paper. And adjustment needs to be made to the on/off button-it's unclear if you tap or hold for the printer to come on.

Works well. Does what it needs to do. But it also gobbles up ink. And that's the biggest problem with it.

Doesn't compare to my previous HP printer. Not as user friendly . Wireless care doesn't seem to hold connection consistently.

We basically like the printer but never could get the wireless connected even after talking to tech support. Disappointed in that result. It prints fine from our desktop.

I did not need a printer for anything but occasional printing and scanning. It serves my needs. It is reasonably priced. It is slow but I don't need speed.

Disappointed to learn printing from my phone outside of my house. I can only pring from my phone if I'm inside my home. I wanted to print away from home.

This printer is good for beginners. It's a little tricky to do photos but the ink is great. Instead of buying all different colors, the colors come as one.

It seems to work well enough. Most companies seem to have these things sorted out by now. I'm just hopeful that it lasts longer than the previous HP...

A good printer. Bought it for home use. The print spooler froze up and I had to call support to get it fixed. Kept instriuctions in case of a repeat.

The only thing so far that I don't like is that there was no warning on the box stating that it will not print on card stock. Learned the hard way.

Works well just slow printing. When i called best buy and the hp numder i received no help. I was able to get help with hp 2 days later.

The printer works for he most part but loses its connection and won't print every so often. It had to be unplugged and reset to work.

works well but very hard to keep track of how much paper left in printer. Having all three color in k in same cartridge may waste ink.

This is a good printer for a home office or school setting but will disappoint if you're hoping for amazing quality pictures.

This printer is awesome but to only thing is it doesn't have let you print from your phone, other than that it's great

it it driving us crazy. it works great for a while and then quits. our friend next door comes over and gets it working. a day or two and it is not working again. now the printer says it is wireless but not on line ? i cannot have a friend come over every day. help

Very difficult to enter letters and numbers on screen. Like texting on an old flip phone only less user friendly.

Works sometimes it says it is out of paper and out of ink and it has sufficient ink and paper

Have had for a little over a year and has worked great, but now says there is a jam and can't find one anywhere.
