Bad Paper/Glossy Feeder

Upper paper feeder tray too narrow to hold 4 x 6 photo paper and must be cut to fit or tilted on tray to feed! Quality is good, but now (5 months later) trouble getting any paper (both trays) to feed.

Constantly loses wi fi connection

However, already made several calls to Geek Squad and HP regarding this equipment losing wifi and wireless connections. Also must print a couple of times before you get a page with good print quality.

I pretty much hate it.

It is the most infuriating thing. Any time we replace the paper, and occasionally when we haven't, it won't pick up the paper and print. It just sits there and make awful grinding noises. I looked on the Q&A for this and we ended up having to go with the recommendation that we reboot it - leave the power on, unplug the power cord, let it sit, and plug it back in. Usually, but not always, this works. This is an awful lot of trouble. I am undecided whether to take it back, or take a sledge hammer to it.

Four year limit

This year it has decided to not print in color anymore. I even had an IT guy try. But I can still use it as a scanner and print in black and white.
