It does everything you need it to; however, I would not recommend it for someone who prints more than 30 pages a month. It takes a very long time to print documents and the ink cartridges only print roughly 30 pages.

Everytime I try to print I have to power down the machine and re-start. I never had to do this with my Epson. I think HP has gone downhill and would not buy this product

I was assured since it came out this year it was up to date technology. OOOPS would not connect.....called HP. NONE of their printers can. so bye-bye printer. hardwired old printer.

It printed a test document, and I was very proud of myself. When I tried to print a second document, I kept getting an error message that the printer was not connecting to the server/router. After spending 1/2 day trying and another 2 hours on the phone, I called the Geek Squad. A very nice person who was very knowledgable came out and fixed it. Once he left and I printed one document, the printer was again off-line.

They told me it was only warranted for 180 days instead of a year since it was a close out. Was not told it was a close out. Have been waiting over two weeks for new color ink and that probably will not fix it. This printer is less that 4 weeks old. Disappointed.

Very dissatisfied, especially since I have Geek Squad Contract and will have to pay an additional $50 for a home visit to fix the problem. I should not have to bring the computer and printer back to Best Buy for the system to be fixed. The additional $50 dollars for home visit is excessive as it is a new system purchased on 7/1 and have not had reliable computer and printer performance.

The phone number refers you to on-line help (not helpful) and doesn't give you an option to speak to a human. Finally I started repeating "agent" during the recording and got to an off-shore tech support person. After 3 calls for a total of 7 1/2 hours over the course of 5 days the printer went back. Had it not been such a great cyber-Monday buy I would have taken it back a lot sooner.
