Good printer. Easy to use. Clear printing. Wireless good.

We purchased this printer after a brand new one wouldn't work. They were excellent about helping us with the exchange! The printer was so easy to set up and starting working perfectly right away! It's small and fits perfectly on my desk. It is a little loud when printing but the quality of the print is excellent!

Nice little printer, scanner, copier for the money. the first black ink cartridge went very fast. i think all the printer companies do a short fill on the cartridges that come with the printer. However, it does a nice job printing and scanning is a breeze once you find the controls. Over all very usable printer for the low end.

The Instant Ink program from HP makes this a win-win deal. They automatically send the cartridges I need before I run out and I can change my subscription at any time. I love the wireless function and so far the printer has performed exceptionally well.

Came with a bundle deal for an extra $100. Works great and was easy to install on the laptop. Wifi capability works great

ENVY 5540 is user friendly and easy Wifi access through mobile phone or iPad all in one series printer that is very functional for personal or office use. With touch screen commands, less print noise and fine colored printing it is a sleek and classy printer. Anyone would ENVY if they see someone who owns this printer.

This little printer is good for a variety of jobs but if you need high volume consider a different model

Fast printing, not too great with photos but the wireless capabilities are amazing. Can print from work through cloud.

Set up was easy. Everything was covered with the prompts. Even when and how to finish online. The little shelf that holds your copies and prevents them from falling on the floor pops out automatically when copying. That was something we could not figure out at the store. Overall a nice little printer.

This was a great buy for the money. The assistant manager was awesome who helped me make the choice of which printer to buy. He walked me through several and after looking at them he assisted me with making the purchase.

The wireless feature is great. I can also print from my iPad in another room.

Needed a decent printer for casual printing, and Scanning. I use it as a scanner, with PaperPort. Integrates easily, works great. The scanner software that comes with it is pretty good too. I don't print photos, so can't rate that aspect. Printing text is fast, and very sharp. You won't be disappointed.

Replaced computer and old printer was not compatible although it still worked. Did some research and decided to get this one. Not sorry at all. I am impressed with the ease of installation, use and speed. Great price, store was posted higher than web so had to do a "price match" with Best Buy vs Best Buy,com...

Haven't had a new printer in a long time so I love how it's wireless and can connect to pretty much all of my devices

I've had this printer for about 4 months now. The ink seems to last longer than previous printers I've owned as it does not seem to dry up when not being continually used. The WiFi option is wonderful as I can just print from my cell phone, tablet, etc. Setup was super easy, and the print quality is fantastic!

This is an excellent printer for the buck. Gives all the amenities that an expensive printer does with half the cost

Prints great pictures and was easy to set up to print from my phone. This printer only seems to prefer HP picture paper. It will jam, not grab the paper, and sometimes not even print correctly. It was sure a headache trying to use up store brand picture paper. It would get caught in the back of the printer too. Instant Ink--I signed up for it and received my package of ink. Well, I still a black and a color cartridge to use but after a month or so, it stopped printing correctly when the ink was still full. I troubleshooted everything. So I wasted that money on the ink. As soon as I put the Instant ink in, it worked fine. Printers are a pain but thankfully this was not too expensive. I feel like I will continue to get some use out of it. For the price of the printer and the ink, I still recommend (even if at times, I want to throw it out the window.)
