I have only used the printing and scanning options, but the results were great. I have not used the picture printing process, but hope the results are as great as my old HP Photosmart.

This printer is user friendly and responsive.The only complaint I have is that it seems to take only 3x5' photo paper, and not the 4x6" that I got bunches of with the ink for my old printer. I'll have to check that out further, but I don't see an adjustment for the photo paper size.

On initial setup,the printer would not connect to the Internet. Had to reboot my internet 2 times. Took over an hour to set it up. Have a continuing problem with the printer saying it is out of paper. I go and check and the paper is in the right position. So I pull it out and re-insert it.

Got the bigger model.. only difference I believe was being able to load more paper. Haven't had long but easy set up and love that I can air print. Super fast! So far so good

Compact and lightweight, the printer fits in a small space. Even a person who has little/no technical expertise can set it up.

Affordable. The two things I wish I had known before purchasing is I can't get it to print in black and white only and with scanning, each page is a separate PDF. I wish I could add multiple pages to the same PDF.

In a big hurry to replace old printer. Went into store, very helpful sales person. The printer was on sale. Very easy to set up and use. Prints pretty well also.

I needed a printer to be able to print occasional work reports and photos. Easy setup. Wireless works flawlessly. Photo's look very good. For the price you can't go wrong.

Love this printer... easy to setup and followed directions for printing photos for my Niece's BB Game..turned out great !! Even I'm impressed !! haha...

Easy to set up and use. Quality of print is good. Cabinet is a little larger than previous printer so it does not fit in the same space. Very satisfied with the purchase.

Nice little printer and easy to set up. A little disappointed with the quality of color printing but will change my review if it is due to a bad cartridge included with printer. Good printer for the price though.

This printer is easy to use with both my laptop and my smartphone. It prints well. My only concern is that I do not print that often and have already replaced the black ink.

All around great product. Print quality is excellent. Set up is a breeze, but be cautious about data use as the wireless function can consume a large amount of gigs

Set up was very easy. Online software download was fast and simple, connection was almost automatic. Print quality is what is expected at this price point.

Love this pronter works great no problems. Prints fast and clear never had any skipped spots or blurry spots. Works great will all my wireless devices too.

Easy to setup and calibrate, works well, can even email documents to the printer from anywhere to have them printed.

The printer seems to work fine for the limited number of times I have used it. Installation was supposed to be easy, but I had difficulty loading it to my desk top and my laptop. It finally connected after going though some other options. It works fine now.

Makes good copies only negative is in order to print wireless from my mac computer I needed version 10.8 which I did not have, so had to buy usb connection in order to print. Menu screen is very small. Envy 5540 is limited to printing, copying, and scanning. Wish it were smaller.

Easy to set up. When I finally figured out the photo printing (which took a while) it prints much better than my old photosmart. I'm quite happy with my purchase.
