It's a great printer but for some reason when I helped my brother connect it wirelessly to his laptop it stopped working properly on mine. Every now and then I have to delete it from my devices and reconnect it.

This printer is a great printer for the price. The only trouble I have is the difficulty in getting the photo tray to engage most of the time I try to print a 4 X 6 photo. I've had the same problem with earlier photosmart printers. Love the two sided print capability.

I'm technically challenged so this printer was right up my alley. Nice business cards and easy cloud printing. Just wish the ink cartridges were refillable.

I need a printer because my old hp stop working after 6 years. This does the job and set up was easy. The tray is a bit tricky the first time itcoes out.

Great product. The printer is easy to use, simple and has a lot of functionality. The price is another great attraction. Excellent cost benefit.

I like the automatic sliding tray to catch copies and the flat top because of space and where I have it located. Much quieter than last printer. Loading it on a second computer did not go so well. The scan is different, more like a photo copy rather than looking like a document. Have removed and will try again. Do not understand why I have to log in and create an account which may be part of the problem since I forgot the password when loading the 2nd computer. I find HP wants too much communication with me for a simple printer. Just print, scan and copy and leave me alone!

Have been using for a little over a month now, I have had no issues, stays connected to WIFI, and does what it is supposed to do. Print quality is great.

We needed to replace our old Kodak printer. Our son had recently replaced his Kodak printer with an HP and was pleased with it. We researched HP and decided on the HP Envy 5540 all in one because it has a front loading paper tray. The 5540 was easy to install and very easy to use. We have not used the fax yet. During setup, we were given AMPLE opportunities to sign up for Instant Ink but did not sign up for the service. However, we now think we will. It does appear to be a good deal. And Best Buy priced matched this purchase so it was a very good bargain.

Love this printer. It was easy to set up and use. Love the instant ink feature so I never run out of ink. Great quality for printing pictures.

This is a wonderful little printer. Probably one of the easiest I have ever installed. The quality of the printed items are excellent. Two thumbs up!

Easy setup and it works flawlessly. The quality of printing is excellent on this printer. Uses a black ink cartridge and a multi colored cartridge

This units comes with all the features you could really want. It has wifi so you don't need a PC to print from, as long as you have a connection. The scanner/copier works nicely. Most optimally for documents, for photos it is not perfect but it works alright. You can operate everything from a touch screen that makes it very simple and easy. It seems well designed and works great. Also the ink seems to be reasonably priced, which is a big concern with printers. You could get a little better quality for more price, and it won't do faxing, but ultimately for the money I paid I like it a lot.

Student loves the size of the printer as well as the many features. The coping and scanning fr measures are a most while in college. Love the choice.

The printer was easy to set up but I did have trouble printing from PDF files. After playing with the settings I was able to get them to print but no sure what I did to correct it. Printer did not come with a detailed user manual so a lot was left to trial and error. I am not the most tech savvy person out there and perhaps others would not have had problems. Maybe the manufactures should provide a dumb down user manual, on line, for the technically deficient.

The printer fits our needs. It is being used not only for simple printing but also the making of two sided colored badges, colored signs w/clip art, collated spreadsheets and collated messages.

I bought this printer for my daughter's dorm room. It is a good size printer because it is not too big and it's a great plus because it's wireless.

The printer was easy to set up and hookup to the wireless. It prints, scans and copies very efficiently. It was worth the cost of the printer.

This is a great computer but the only Part I don't like is the "lip" where the paper prints out. The paper doesn't smoothly print out. It gets caught in this "lip" area and backs up. I don't see where this "lip" can be removed. Otherwise.....A very good printer!

The printer has been very useful to copy forms and send emails. The set up procedure was very easy. I am pleased with the printer and scanner.

The printer is great, easy to hook up wireless and does not take up too much space. Awesome clear copies and the printer is quick... Great buy also!!
