About every 4-5 years it`s time to buy another printer. This new HP printer is compact and quiet. Very pleased.

If you're looking for a great economical printer, this one's for you. It has some of the best bang for you buck in terms of features. One great thing I like about this printer is that, not only how easy it is to replace ink cartridges, but also that you can take out the color cartridge and it will still function in a black and white only mode. Pictures look really crisp up until about 8x10. Plus the Instant Ink service is hands down the cheapest ink replacement I've seen yet.

I have owned several brands of printers. I read many reviews as the last two printers I owned died after 1 year of normal home use. I am pleased that HP made one that performs to what it states it can do. Pairing to wireless was easy, quick, and painless. I am happy for two-sided printing so we can save paper. Even my husband, who prefers not to be on a computer when not at work, can print his documents, no problems. So, yes, I would recommend this printer.

Bought the Envy printer and it does an excellent job. Very quick and the print quality is awesome. Easy setup.

All around does everything that I wanted which was printing and scanning. Easy to set up and user friendly.

My very first printer was an HP. It lasted 13 years! My husband wanted me to get an Epson. I did. It drank ink and died after two years. I decided to go back to an HP. I am so glad I did.

Turn off confusing; seems to be 2-step process: press the power button, then shutdown on the printer screen. The screen may tell of an alternate procedure, but it goes away before I can read it. will need Geeksquad help to set up wireless printing. There's nothing to hold paper forward in tray. Makes me wonder if the paper slide back when closing might affect the feeding and printing.

With a HS student in College and AP classes this gets a workout!! Holding up and working well with ease for her to print multiple pages but does go thru ink a bit faster than our old kodak but they are not too bad price wise. Still learning all the features but plug in and go to get coupons from vendors for a tight budget household and cost effective for a single parent household..I would recommend this for business after running labs this has a nice quality for professional
