I bought one for my wife and had an issue installing the driver. Driver initially installed fine, but printer would only print top 1/5 of page. After some time with HP tech support it was determined driver was not installed correctly. I actually had to reset Windows 10 (reinstall all software) to get the printer working. Works like a charm now.

I like it so far

The previous printer lasted me about 2.5 years before my sister messed up the print head with cheap ink. So far the ENVY 5540 fills the same needs that I had. Too early to tell if the printer will outlast the previous one. I paid for geek squad coverage just in case.
