Very functional all in one printer. Easy to use and very fast

I had a terrible experience with the instant ink. You get a free trial. During this time they monitor how much you are printing and send you new ink cartridges and if you chose that you do not want to pay extra money for going over your prints then you have to call and get them to mail you a package to mail it back in and I have not heard if they received it and I am still worried that they will not recognize that I bought my own ink cartridges.

we have always really liked hp printers. this one is working out great. still working on learning the scan process, but it's not too hard. i gave it 4 stars just because it's not completely intuitive as far as the touch screen options and which function to choose. the price was really good and the print quality is great. a bit slow, but that's ok for us.

Bought this printer to replace previous HP printer which met an untimely end. Prints quickly and accurately. It's Air Print ready so very convenient. Since I already had HP software, my computers and iPad automatically picked up the printer without any effort on my part. An added plus is the print cartridges are less expensive than for previous printer.

I got this because I need to print a lot of paperwork and activities for my son who has autism and has in home therapy 3 hours a day five days a week. It was perfect for that. But then my daughter wanted me to print out some pictures and the quality was amazing! I love this printer so much! I wish I would have got it sooner!

Have had many HP printers and like everything about this one except wireless connection slow and black ink level doesn't work.

this is a good printer and the ink cartridge is a great price
