No trouble understanding how to hook up. Printing is good

The printer was easy to set up, It prints quickly.

Has recently purchased another printer at another store within 3 weeks the printer I was having problems. Purchased the Hp printer no problems at all and thanks to Best Buy support I was able to get educated for what I needed. They also helped with enroll with a monthly plan for ink cartridges. Very satisfied overall

I have purchased a number of printers over the years but this really is a very nice printer. Not as compact as I have had but loaded with features and very quiet. I particularly like the advantage of paying a monthly fee to have my ink delivered to my home. Very economical. Nice printer for the money!

Good for wireless printing and easy to install and use

When my old printer died, I took it to the Geek squad. As I suspected it was the print head so I decided immediately to buy a new one. I like the HP products but did not want to spend a lot of money. This printer was just what I needed at a very good price. Was extremely easy to set up and connect to my wifi.

We bought this printer for our college age daughter. The printing and scanning functions work well, however it was challenging to set up the wireless connection. Once setup was achieved, everything has been great. Capability to print from mobile device is very useful. Excellent print quality for the price.

My previous HP printer quit on me and I decided it was cheaper to replace than to fix. This one had all the features I wanted ( air print) at an affordable price. Took it home pluged it in and my iPad and computers picked it up with no downloads or snags. It clacks and whirs on startup, but prints quickly and cleanly.

Many features and really like it. One problem. From computer needed to use a cord. WiFi would never connect.

It has easy step-by-step installment. It showed me how to print from all of my devices and took out any guesswork from printers I'd had prior. The quality of pictures isn't quite as great as the cannon I had before, but it serves its purpose for me, and the user friendliness makes up for it in my opinion.

Purchase this unit after reading online reviews and my experience with older HP products. Envy 5540 replaced Kodak printer that at times would work and not work. It was not the unit; but, the software associated with the Kodak model. The Envy 5540 is excellent printer and scanner model.

Actually very surprised at how quiet and functional this printer is for the price. Seems to print quickly and uses a minimal amount f ink. I took advantage of the HP Connected offer to pay a monthly fee in exchange for Ink. So far this is working very well. Love the printer and the ink plan.

This printer is quite adequate for my home use. It doesn't hold much paper, but that is seldom an issue for me. I love the wireless capability! It even prints on both sides. That is really cool. This is not designed for large quantity printing, but for just a few sheets at a time it's a good buy for the money.

The only thing is that it does not print 5 x 7 pictures. What a disappointment. But overall I am really happy with it.

I first got the opportunity to use this printer at my sisters house. I love how I can have all the functions (printer, copy, fax) offered in such compact and portable printer. The prints them self come out amazing in quality. I done simple printing of documents to photos and even invitations.

Printer was pretty easy to install. Picture quality is not as good as my old Photosmart but I knew that when I made the purchase. The salesmen who suggested this printer was extremely thorough. After he found out what my basic need was he recommended this model. I am very pleased so far.
