Customer service was great prior to purchase of this product one of the customer service reps actually carried the product for me to check out. The product itself was easy to use and I experimented with my phone and actually printed documents off of my phone while using this product

Used the scanner function for the first time today and so simple, easy, worked great. Great for a home office

Budget printer that will get the job done plus a little more. I had an Officejet prior to this purchase so I decided to stay with HP. I'm really a Samsung fan but their price point wasn't as appealing. The printer setup was quick and easy any the job was painless. I recommend this printer.

Very easy to set up wireless connection and download app on mobile devices for printing. Prints beautifully. The only thing I wish it had was a feeder to handle coping multiple pages all at once; other than this - it's perfect and works great!

I mean it's a really good printer and it does it's job for black and white papers. The touch screen on the front is a nice feature for it too and the fact that its wireless is also awesome. The only complaint that I have for this printer is that when it comes to color it's not that good, it's mehh.

This is a nice unit that doesn't take up too much space considering it has a scanner built in. It sets up relatively quickly and the phone app is pretty great and works much better than sending an email to the printer, which doesn't always format properly. Overall I'm pleased with this purchase

Everything we needed to complete our home office, and many other personal tasks. Great value.

The printer was really easy to set up after creating the HP account. It print much faster than my previous inkjet printer and the ability to print double-sided without having to do it manually has been great. We have a little glitch when my son's iMac didn't connect to it right away but was able to fix it.

I like the automatic slider that comes out to hold the paper as well as the energy efficient shut down.

The printer works well with both Windows 7 and Linux (OpenSuSE). We like the idea of only having 2 inks to worry about - a black and a color, and have printed both black and white and color. We have not tried the printer printing color photos yet, so can't comment on this capability of it

For the price I paid, I am very pleased with this printer! It has all the features I was looking for!

I've had 2 printers in the last 1 1/2 yrs that quit working. I got this one and it is so simple and I love it. I really like the fact that I don't have to buy cartridges. I just signed up for their monthly deal where they just send cartridges when I need them. Love it!

Needed a color printer for very infrequent use. Have only needed to use it a couple of times, but images are sharp with good color reproduction, and print speed is actually very fast. Haven't used it enough to have to replace the starter cartridges, however. For the price, I'm quite satisfied.

This product works fine for my everyday use but I was disappointed to see that it only prints small photos

I had an HP photosmart series using the #564 ink cartridges and had historic issues with poor printing. I decided to change to HP Envy 5540 printer. Great decision, should've switched sooner! It prints excellent: good color, no ink drop-out, and looks great even in draft mode.

All wireless setup made easier with "online setup". All the features you want and expect from a printer.
