I recently purchased the HP Envy 5540 when my older model HP had went down earlier in the day...my older model HP had lasted me 5 yrs so I was intent on getting another HP to match with my HP PC...this model has everything I need & prints very well whether its pictures or documents or scanning it is excellent!!

Prints fast. Double sided printing to save paper. Great for printing from mobile devices.

I find this printer easy to use. Works wirelessly with my laptop and phone.

This thing really surprised me with the nice quality of the printer and the easy setup. The best feature in my opinion is that it will print from any device (phone, tablet, laptop etc.). For the low price and affordable ink, it's ideal for my needs.

I bought this printer for my son. It was easy to install and connect to his laptop. It has scanning and copying capability as well as printing. The built-in wifi is nice and it also has the ability to HP ePrint from a mobile device. The quality is nice as well.

Easy set up, love the features, great price, all around sweet deal! And the print cartridges are cheap compared to the price of what my last printers cartridges cost me! Best of all I love being able to print from my phone and laptop!

excellent quality printer/scanner, great price, easy to set up

We got this to replace an HP Photosmart printer that we loved. This one fit the bill. We found we didn't use the multiple sheet feeder on the old printer to make copies so this one, with o sheet feeder, was a good replacement. It is quick and prints in color well. I especially LOVE the new way to get ink. $5 a month and they send it to you when need it. The printer tells them where you stand with your ink. Much cheaper than the "old" ink system. Easy to set up! I was not quite understanding how to set up the ink, so I called their customer service. They walked me through it and gave me another month of free ink. We have an HP Laser printer that does most of our black and white printing and this made a good addition for us. (Ink use is calculated on pages printed, black and white or color.)

Setup couldn't be easier. Great value and print quality for home use.

Not as bulky as my old. It is easy to install and to use. My main use is just for printing for personal, not buisness so this printer don't have a feeder at top which I really never used. It was a great price on sale and is all I needed.

Great value expecially if you catch it on sale. It is not much different than any of the previous generation Envy lines if you have had one. It is seamless to connect to all your comuters and finds your Apple devices no problem..The smaller but still not small footprint is nice the unit is very light and prints quickly..Ink goes just as fast as my 3 year old previous Hp Envy, so no improvement there-make sure you have a backup ready because as soon as it gets low-immediately you will be getting all red for color prints..Alawys buy your backup when its on sale at best buy because you have little warning before your quality is dimished for color prints. overall for basic needs very good wireless printer that detects your pc immediately and connects-I have all Macs and it works fine no download needed.
