I have had some problems figuring out how to put the paper in to print on the back of a previously used page. It seems that no matter how I put the paper in, it prints over whatever had been previously printed. Also, printing envelopes is not consistent. One time, I put the envelope in face-down, and the printing appears on the back of the envelope. If I then put the envelope in face-up, it still prints on the back of the envelope. What am I supposed to do?

This printer replaced an old hp all in one printer that stopped working - the only thing I don't like is I haven't figured out how to scan and email multiple pages. I have had to send 1 page at a time separately which is a pain because the person getting it is getting a bunch of emails instead of one with the attachments. It might be that I just haven't figured it out yet but so far I haven't seen the option to send all papers in one email.

Printer prints great and the Wi-Fi capability is fantastic. I tell everyone this is the printer for them.

It is slightly slow to complete printing jobs but otherwise works great and connects very easily to the home wifi.

I bought it for my dad and he loves it and easy to use. Showed him how to do air print from his phone.

I wish the paper slot was visible without pulling out tray so I would know in advance that paper supply was low

It works good for what the price was. Get home use out of it. Ink is pretty quality..Doesn't look low budget.

Was a little difficult to set up wireless. But like the ease to use from my wireless tablet and smartphone.
