Good reliable printer for my home network (ethernet and wifi from Windows PCs and ios devices). Setup was fast and simple. Print quality is excellent. My only complaint is that sometimes then it's loading paper for a print job, the paper tray rattles and clicks like something is out of position or not seated properly.

I bought this printer for use at home. As a teacher, I print quite a bit at home. The printer does an excellent job. Prints clear documents and pictures. Works quickly. I use the wireless connection and have had no issues. I would recommend this to a friend. Actually I did recommend it to a friend.

The printer is easy to operate. Photos are colorful.

Very easy to set up. Windows 10 compatible. Loved the wireless feature. Test color photos that I printed were good quality. Scanner produced crisp output. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase.

I would recommend this printer to anyone. Set up is a breeze and the print quality is great. It switches between modes easily and has a pc interface for scanning that allows you to edit the file.

After repeated difficulties with getting my Cannon Maxima printer to work without going through multiple tries, I decided to get a new printer. Best Buy had the HP Envy 5540 printer on sale plus I had a five dollar off Best Buy coupon to use as well to buy it. So far this printer has worked flawlessly and has produced good results when used wirelessly. Also, it has done an excellent job printing photos. It allows one to set-up an e-mail account for the printer so that you can send e-mail pictures to it from your cell phone and then have the printer use that to print pictures from. All in all, I've been very happy with this printer and would recommend it to others.

I purchased this printer for my home office, (very light duty as far a printing needs) and it was a breeze to setup and install. This is a wireless item and upon powering up unit, it recognized my wi-fi immediately and after a few simple steps it was up and running. I loved the fact that once you print the test alignment page, you simply then just turn it over and scan the results right into the machine. No manual adjustment needed. The only negative: I found the ink installation a bit awkward and I felt as though I may be breaking something. I actually purchased this same printer for my parents a few weeks earlier. Great purchase for the small printing jobs one would expect from a household.

So far, I have been happy with this printer. It is smaller than the other All-in-One printers I have had in the past. I just picked it up quickly when my other printer went down and I needed something immediately. It was inexpensive and easy to set up. My favorite feature is the auto slide out paper support when the printer engages. It can be pushed in when not printing, but will pop out when the printer starts printing. This printer uses two #62 ink cartridges. Black and Tri-color.

Purchased this printer after reviewing options with the HP rep who happened to be in the store the day of purchase. He did a great job of showing me options and features of three printers. Felt I was getting great value and performance for the price

I needed a new printer so went to Best Buy because they are great with customer service and have a huge variety. Looked at several printers and Jeff the salesperson was very helpful and helped us with all the features of the HP ENVY. It is very easy to use and I really like it! Prints everything so far just great!

We've been very happy with our Envy 5540 Wireless All-In-One printer we purchased last month. Prints quality pages, it's quick, quiet, looks good, and all-in-all, this All-In-One is a great buy. However, earlier this week our documents kept getting stuck in the print queue. It took a day to go through the HP website FAQ's and troubleshooting pages to finally find the right information. The directions were easy to follow, but they were outdated and did not pertain to a 64-bit Windows 10 operating system. After some time, I made it through their directions, tweaking as I went for the Win 10 OS. It's fixed, I'm happy, and hopefully I won't run into additional problems. I love lemonade, but don't want a lemon.

Such an easy to use product, and print great photos

I got this printer on a recommendation from a Best buy staff member and I am very grateful for it. This thing works amazingly and is so easy to use. I do have an issue with the scanning to computer but I will almost never want to use it.

It was so easy to set up. Printed a picture from my phone immediately upon set-up. My daughter can easily print when she visits. Quieter than our previous Epson printer. Overall very happy.

I don't use a printer very often, but I wanted one that's full featured for when I have different types of print jobs to do. This doesn't have a fax, but that's OK since I don't have a landline. Documents are clear, and photos nicely done ... although perhaps not up to top photo store standards.

Needed a printer, copier scanner quickly. Checked out ratings on this one, had everything offered that I need. As a bonus, sales associate informed me of the "ink by mail" program from HP. Costs roughly $36.00 per year but you get ink delivered to your door before your printer runs out. Great Deal.

First of all the price was really fair for a quality printer. It was easy to set up and install. The color and quality was great as well. Well worth the price i paid for it!!
