had problems making printer recognize 4x6 paper so i returned the item for a different printer.

I returned the unit within 48hrs. Paid more than at other stores. even when best buy had it "ON SALE". The functions and quality that I was looking for was better served with another unit. (I did find at bet buy). I bought this printer as the display Item on the end of the isle thinking best buy was putting their best value out front. NEVER AGAIN. I will do more research first.

Can't figure out how to make it stay one and I had a hard time getting it to stop printing 2-sided.

I am trying to get it to work with hard wire, but message comes back that it is not connected.

I have printed about 100 pages and it's already out of ink!

Set up was easy. Print & color copy is excellent. Inexpensive printer with great features. Perfect for my home wireless printing needs.

This copier is slow, noisy and does not connect well with my iMac, I am not very happy.

Not only is this printer slow, the product you get is nothing to crow about. In addition, in very short time, the Envy 5660 vanished from the HP website along with all instruction materials. I returned it to Best Buy and was compensated with a replacement. Big disappointment for HP.

Bought one, got it home eventually their tech support said the problem was a firmware problem. We exchanged it for another of the same printer, it had the same problem only worse, tech support told us the serial number on our unit was for a different model. 'returned it and bought a Canon printer which does everything we need it to do.

I really like the Envy 5660 - it was easy to setup, connected to WiFi easily, and has good quality printing. I print on paper for personal and business use, and it does a great job. I don't print photos so no feedback there. Get the Envy 5660 over the Envy 4500. The Envy 4500 just feels cheap - like to would fall apart, or break quickly. The 5660 is worth the extra $$ - solid construction that feels like it will stand up to time and use.

I purchased this printer on sale for $59.99. For the value it is the perfect printer. I mainly print, scan, and email documents and it is fast and efficient. It is extremely user friendly. It connects to the wifi network, and it connects wirelessly to computer, phone, tablet, camera, etc. The print quality is very good and fast, the touch screen is easy to navigate. The cosmetic look is better than other printers. It doesn't look bulky on a desk, and since it is wireless you can put it on a shelf or in a cabinet. Highly recommended!

Picture quality sucks they come out darker than actual image and lots of red

When I receive the printer I found it was damage. Which is always carriage jam whatever I try so many times , so I have returned it but is spend my 72$ shipping fee!!! Is should be free shipping but when I show my return label they are not accepted. What a terrible Best Buy experience

Never took a single sheet of paper via the paper feed. Despite that, kept telling me there was a paper jam. Brand new out if the box it was this way. Totally defective and I had to return it the next day.

Kept shutting down. Had to restart. Also wouldn't scan

this printer has not printed a thing satisfactorily!! it has messed up a package of good paper; a large portion of ink; and all of my patience!!! please send some one out to correct or REMOVE THIS DEVICE.....

Sucks barely prints and picture copies are horrible

If you do not use the printer Daily when it prints I get the top half of the letters. Spoke to H-P and they sent a new black ink. Same thing happened and keeps happening. Went and bought a Canon laser printer and it has been great.

Buy a cheap printer and you get cheap results. Lesson learned. Color cartridge part of the carriage failed literally a day after the warranty ran out. Persistent issues with it connecting to wifi and laptop.
