Had to take it back 3 times, finally went someplace else because it never worked. Called the 800 number but they could not help me. Met a product distributor in your store he could not help me so I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Purchased for my wife as a photo printer basically. Printed one photo and then it had empty photo paper tray. Tray was full. Spent 1/2 day trying to print. Went to War-Greens printed photos. Workrf on this printer again still unrecognizable tray.

Less than two years of use and printing is pretty much useless. What we thought was a black ink cartridge issue or ink jet cleaning need, resulted in additional purchased of black ink and many frustrated hours.

This was to be a personal printed for work . The cd would not read . I spent 6 hrs trying to hook it up. 2 other co-workers tried as well and still was not able to get it to work. So I will be taking this product back.

I purchased this printer almost a year ago. We have enjoyed this printer . I have printed many photo;s. documents and copies . Which has the option to print on both sides of the page The photo.quality is fantastic. Wire less works great with your computer and cell phone. It is easy to use. Scanning quality is great too. Would recommend this one for anyone that doesn't need faxing.

Constantly jamming, showing errors, refuses to print the ticket/ scan code area of tickets, return labels, etc. Thought I was upgrading. Definitely not.

We had this three weeks and BARELY printed anything with color and the yellow ink is empty & other colors low so we need a new cartridge already!!!

In printing 2 side documents, the printer read everything as black after the first couple of pages, resulting in complete depletion of the black ink cartridge. I returned the printer.

You shouldn't have to Google how to print a picture with this printer and still not be able to print a picture. Exchanged mine.

Broke down in 2019. Had to pay to recycle item because I didn’t want it in the landfills. Waste if my money.

The printer does a good job, but it will not recognize having the ink cartridge. It has not been used a lot and we are not happy with the short life.

The printer is quiet and fast. The turn on and off is almost immediate. It works very well with my iPhone. The set up was clunky on my Macbook Pro, but I have never had an easy printer install. So it definitely could have been User error. I highly recommend this printer.

I've had installation problems, and a shocking lack of support from HP. I regret the purchase.

On my 3rd printer in just as many weeks. Printer seems to be caught in an error loop. Working with HP support but happy with this product.

This seems to be a very solid printer - especially for the price and if you are on a budget. Scanner quality is good. Print quality is good. No complaints. This printer stays connected to my wifi - which is a huge step up from my canon that would never reconnect once it went to sleep. The iOS app to print directly to the printer is really convenient too. The ink cartridges that come with don't seem to have much ink at all. I printed 6 photos and my color ink is already at a level around 2/3. I signed up for the HP Instant Ink. I'm not normally a fan of subscription services, but as someone that prints photos, this seems like a great deal. If it doesn't work out, the first month is free at least.

Machine is mediocre at best The worst is the HP print cartridges which are costly and now after one year print is barely readable

Poor quality and Hp stopped making cartridges for it too soon after purchase. Done with Hp printers.

The set up is very confusing: the recommended setup is to use an app on your smart phone. This worked okay except you have to use your Snapfish password (if you have one). The next surprise was when I found that after all that was done, the printer wasn't connected to my PC which was what I really wanted. That installation was smooth but I wasted a lot of time. I don't know if the printer will work with my iPad but it does seem to work with my iPhone (but I don't intend to print from my phone). The menu on my PC for the printer seems to support more sophisticated scanning so I am happy about that. The actual printing seems to work well. This is definitely a home use printer...not for heavy photo printing.

The printer is in no way comparable to Epson photo quality. Product was returned, another Epson was ordered.

Great for text and word documents but photos look terrible
