This is the second printer. Again it's acting up. I have to turn it off and then on again to work. HP used to be such a good product. I needed a scanner desperately and couldn't wait any longer by setting up a third printer.

For sporadic home printing, this will do just fine. Nothing fancy here, will get the job done. Especially if you get it 50% or more, off.

This is my 3rd HP printer. The first 2 were great. This one is a problem after problem. I talked to the Geek Squad. I don't know what t hey did the first time but they did something. It was not working after a few times. Then I took it to Geek Squad at Richfield. Now it is working but no color printing from Computer tho I can copy in color. An agent is coming in a week so that I can, hopefully print in color.

Easy to setup. WiFi printing works flawlessly. Avg sounds while printing. Ink makesthe paper wet.

This printer will not print from my HP laptop. States "print device does not have a driver" And "device driver software not installed". I inserted disc and followed instructions. Prints ok from my KINDLE. Not user friendly.

This printer is garbage, I've had it for over 2 years now, half the time it never prints, and says to load paper/photos, even tho I already have. And the ink goes bad almost instantaneously.

I wanted a good printer which would connect to my laptop through wifi ... I never managed to connect the printer to my pic through wifi ... it has a cool feature where you can email the docs to the printer and print it out , which worked well . My main requirement was connecting to the laptop hence just 2 stars

Printer printing blank sheets of paper has ink still won't print

Good printer when it works, but it often times drops wifi.

Instructions are esoteric and unnecessarily complicated. My last HP wireless printer was simple to install. This is ridiculous.

The only way this printer will print is with a cable. The wireless only work for one print job then goes to a user intervention mode or offline mode. I have spent several hours trying to resolve the issue with no luck. So I am in the process of sending it back. HP used to make excellent printers but after this I am convinced they are no longer making good products. I should have heeded the bad reviews.
