Bought a slimline computer after mine took a dive. It was a good product for the price but not enough for me. Bought this model after returning the slimline, no complaints since. Great computer.

Computer has worked without problems so far. Due to time constraints I have yet to fully test all features, but I expect an excellent experience. Best Buy employees were excellent, most helpful.

Offers so much speed and trouble free usage!! Works great with multiple monitors!!!

No problems all working as expected. I went from Mac back to Windows program so that my QB would jive better with payroll.

I've had it for a month and everything I have runs well on it. I use it mostly for gaming and Internet surfing so the 12gb of ram is a nice.

It's looks are so understated and professional. It has made upgrading feel like a transformation. We had made do for so long that to have speed and space have given a new pleasure to working.

I bought it for gaming. since the game does allow me to upgrade from there. got it on a sales day. good bang for my buck

The computer is fast but window 10 is disappointing

this is a very nice computer with all the bells and whistles needed for everyday computing. Should not need an upgrade for many more years.

What was in the Best Buy ad was not ion the actual computer. Only 2 USB 3 ports instead of 4. 2.7 Mg hertz instead of 3

Bought if for work and it has been working wonderfully. Put in a second hard drive and it had no problems. It comes with Windows 10 which I am not a fan of, but everything else is great.

Still getting used to it.. Windows 10 works well . It crashed my windows 7 computer..No problem with it coming installed

I bought this to replace a 5 year old hp. It is way faster. Excellent purchase.

Works great for my motorcycle club work and my gaming. Also works well doing pictures, Microsoft office and all other applications I use.

My new HP 5 computer is running well and the assistance of the Geek Squad- specifically a young man named Donald- was excellent in helping us install it and explain all the features.

Since i bought the computer i havent had issues with it. Personally it satisfies what I expected from this computer plus i have 12 months to pay it off in my personal case thats a good thing for me. I moslty use for school, business projects, heavy gaming and it has satisfied me so far. Also another reason i bought it because i have 500mbp internet so i wanted a that wasn't extremely expensive but still pretty good a decent

Plenty of power and speed for the avg work from home business. Updates are easy with HP advisor. Probably the best bang for your buck in this mid class computer. Can watch a movie or listen to iTunes and surf web and no slow down or lag which is a plus. I would say if it goes to sleep and you are using a tv with HDMI (only connection available) you might have sound issues. Just make sure tv is on before powering up desktop.

I had been using a computer with Windows Vista, so it was obviously time to upgrade. I purchased this while on sale and it was the best bang for the buck I could find. The built-in graphics chip is adequate for Xbox 360-era games, but don't plan on doing any serious gaming with this. In addition, even though there is a slot for a video card upgrade, the power supply (300w) will not support newer cards. And even if you were to swap out the power supply, the motherboard/case will not accommodate full size video cards. I was able to install a 750ti SC video card, which runs perfectly well as a low-wattage card, but that's about the maximum gaming horsepower you can expect. Finally, the wireless keyboard/mouse are not comfortable and feel very cheap. Other than that, this was solid value. (Also, this computer took a significant time to update/upgrade and had significant performance issues until all the downloading/upgrading was complete. Runs great now. Also, don't forget to uninstall all the bloatware; terribly intrusive stuff out of the box.)

Purchased this after my 8 year old Gateway went on to a better place and am very satisfied with my purchase it is literally like night and day compared to my old desktop....

I bought this to replace my old dell computer and to upgrade. It easy to learn and operate and the cost was fairly reasonable.
