The Intel Core i5, 12 GB Memory, 2 TB Hard Drive, and great price lead my decision. I regret not reading the reviews first. After installing most of my software and transferring my data from my old computer, the HP ENVY started turning off on its own. I had a very hard time rebooting on one occasion so I returned it to Best Buy for a no-hassle exchange. The new one turned off once on its own right after I got it but has been working fine. I've had it about a month. The aggravation and loss of time on the first one was very disappointing. Also, the USB ports are hard to access and the vertical disc drive is a joke. What was the design team thinking???

This desktop features are a bargain. Bang & Olufsen audio and high-definition graphics are very nice.

Great 1st computer for our family. Everyone is able to use it and feel it was a good price as well.

Great deal!!! Very fast and works great. I love it. I bought this thing open box, so I saved a LOT of money. But, it is like new. Works great (so far). Lenovo is IBM, so they know how to make a computer. I recommend this product because it has plenty of memory, and lots of storage. Only bad thing is it only has 2 SATA connections on the motherboard. But, it's not that big of a deal...

It's a very surprising thing to find out that your Celeron-powered HP Chromebox with 4 GB RAM can browse the Internet and switch between apps noticeably faster than your Core i5 Skylake-powered HP desktop with 12 GB RAM. Honestly, I think it has less to do with the hardware and more to do with the resource-guzzling Windows platform. Regardless, I find myself underwhelmed by this computer. Strangely enough, I find that I have to reinsert a music CD multiple times before the computer recognizes it. Again, not sure if this is a software issue with Windows 10 or a hardware issue. Seeing as how I bought it primarily to run Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop CC, it's good enough. But I won't be abandoning my Chrome OS devices any time soon to go 100% back to Windows.

Fantastic machine for running my business. Lots of memory for running multiple tasks. Quickbooks, large spreadsheets, browsing... no problem. I'm still not sold on Windows 10 but it's the only option we've got.

We are really happy with this computer. Does all we were hoping. We were looking for good storage, card reader, DVD writer in an HP. Only negative to us is Windows 10 which relies on apps; we are too old school to appreciate this capability. Would prefer Windows 7 to reach files, etc., but we are moving on with the times. We are retired; younger people would prob really like it.

Bought this computer as an open box with no keyboard or mouse. Added a different power supply and a gtx 950. Happy with it for a basic home and gaming computer. Room for 3 hard drives. Had some issues with freezing. They were resolved with driver updates and bios update.

We needed a computer upgrade and this HP computer with Windows 10 has performed great so far.

Great desktop for the price that was on sale. It is very fast on downloading and uploading.

Couldn't build one on my own for a better price. Went to a competitors store and showed him the specs on the HP, the salesman there told me to go buy it.
