Pleased with computer. Easy set up and great price

This is a great computer. Love the style and finish, love how fast it boots up just wish it would have came with all the cables or at least tell you what you need so there is no back and forth to the store to hook it up. Over all very happy with it.

I just set it up after Geek Squad installed the software I bought and so far it works great. Except for the mouse and keyboard. Geek Squad finally found that the wireless was not working because someone put the mouse with a Logitech plugin. They swapped out the keyboard and mouse and the mouse worked fine. The keyboard went wild and I had to type one letter or number at a time after the cursor flashed 3 times and then still did not work right. Had to buy a wired keyboard in order to type normally. This cost me time and money. Good thing it was on sale.

Got this computer for my father who is 85 years old. His old computer was very slow, and for the few things he did on it I felt he should enjoy the speed of a newer PC. He will never play any interactive video games, watch a movie, or write a book on his computer although, it would do all those things easily. It has Windows 10 and he likes the fact he doesn't have to relearn many things to continue to use it. The clarity of the icons and fonts helps him see better to read and of course adjust the size of things on his screen. The only downside is that he now spends more time in his computer room and less time watching television. Now if he could just find some friends on Facebook. LOL This really was a very good buy, great price and good product.

This desktop has great speed and is perfect for a home desktop. I do my school work on it all the time with multiple apps open, it never slows down due to it's 12gb of memory.

Great speed and storage compacity. Several features I prefer such as the SuperMulti DVD Burner.

I don't use Windows. So I have already voided my software warranty, according to HP. However; some issues to be aware of. It is only a 300 watt power supply, so it has only 1 SATA drive plug in extra, that is it. If you want a video card, you will have to upgrade your power supply. If you turn off secure boot, it will have a security screen pop up on the next boot. If you don't follow the instructions on that screen, you will be in for an hour of frustration until you can get that screen back. It only has one extra drive bay. I don't understand the large box with no expansion room, but I guess they think people who still buy towers don't understand the difference between towers and all in ones. The processor is the smallest desktop chip available in the i5 line up, but it is upgradeable. Memory, not so much. DDR3L is not readily available and is obsolete on a gen 6 board. I would recommend it as it is the best tower option Best Buy sells. The Dell isn't spec and Asus voids the warranty if you open the box. Lenovo costs more for less memory.

This computer purchase was well researched beforehand, but still could not foresee everything I would get. First, Windows 10 has bugs. Not a lot but some pretty tough ones. The computer itself seems to be first rate. Fast , quiet, and capable. If you don't like McAfee you will have to go to McAfee customer service to get it removed. HP couldn't do it. I like W10, but it still has some glitches. Not enough to make me go back, but some minor ones. On the upside it starts very quickly. Mostly is very fast. I suspect the slowdowns I sometimes experience are Wi-Fi induced by my horrible AT&T internet service. I would buy this again, and I would recommend to a friend.

For the price it's a good deal. The system is fast and quiet and has most features you will need. It does lack a couple legacy connections so keep that in mind if you have an old monitor.

I am quite happy with this computer so far. it was a great price for the specs it delivers.

Took some time to get the computer to go into sleep mode. Bought a Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse because stock unit was very basic and did not feel right. Had to keep changing power method away from power savings. After 3 wks, working much better. I am really starting to like this computer.

Replaced our old tower and this one is so much better

The Geek Squad Tech Rep has been a most superb individual and most knowledgeable of of setting our computer up and transferring data to the the new computer so as I could continue using information I had established. I have enjoyed the help given me for the new computer and thanks for sending me ne of your best technical Reps.

Sleek and high tech looking & runs like a charm. Fast processor, etc., so no complaints.

this HP is a marked improvement over my older system and i am very happy with it. There are a couple of caveats though... my personal observation is the enclosed keyboard is very small and rather cheap looking. You may need to get a new keyboard/mouse better suited to larger hands. Perhaps more importantly, the connection to the monitor was not compatible with my hardware. Best Buy said this is the only computer they have seen with this type of connector system. You may need to buy a new monitor so heads up on this.

I purchased the HP Envy 750-114 1/31/16 and so far it has met all of my expectations.

Computer runs fast and handles on desktop publiishing, photo and video software well.
