This was a desktop replacement for a high end Dell laptop whose hard drive bit the dust. Setup seemed easy enough except it wouldn't boot or recognize my HDMI monitor. Exasperated, I lugged it in to Best buy half way expecting to get hassled. First off they offered to credit my credit card for the full purchase price, no questions asked. Comforting. Then one of the service guys asked a few probing questions and said, let's just take a look and maybe see what's what. Damned if the box didn't fire right up, using their el cheapo monitor. So, I bought a very nice, reasonably priced HP monitor, which has a great picture and lots of real estate and went home, fired everything up, and am a happy camper. From a customer service perspective, I was frankly pleasantly surprised by the no-hassle approach at the Best Buy service desk. As to Windows 10, it has some of the look and feel of Win 7 which was on my laptop, but other than improved speed, I see little improvement compared to earlier Windows products. Still and all, I am a throwback to XP and still contend if they had spent a fraction of the cost of all the later systems on making XP truly work as advertised, the world would be a better place. I think HP sold me a box that performs well and for a competitive price. Thanks, Best Buy for making a potentially disastrous purchase into one with which I am extremely pleased.

Very fast and sleek in design. Good at home computer, not for gaming.

I never liked HP machines in the past, but always bought Gateways. I am impressed by the speed and quality of this new HP machine. It is quiet, fast and reliable. I hope to get as many years or more as I got with my Gateway machines.

Have had zero problems with this device. Works great, fast, quite, and has low current draw. Has port to hook sata drive. Not used to vertical CD drawer, but helps save space in width. Hooked esata port for external drive, works great.

I bought the Open box to save some money but unfortunately it It comes without Wireless keyboard and optical mouse plus the tower itself has some dents on the front upside corners I'm gonna return this asap

I've had absolutely no problems with this PC. To be honest, I never think about it, which is what you want, right? I concentrate on my keyboard and the monitor and forget about the PC itself under the desk.. Well, I guess, I do think about it a little when I want to insert a thumb drive. With the port right on the top of the PC, it is super convenient to me.

Fast on the internet and easy to hook up and use downloading is fast

Computer works as advertised but does not really support 3 monitors as claimed. It has 2 HDMIs. The third monitor can be set up via USB using a VGA or HDMI to USB adaptor but that results is a much slower screen refresh rate than the other two screens have.

Was a open box buy. A very good deal. It had to be reset to factory settings by the geek squad but has been working like a Champion since. If you want a great deal take a chance on the open box...and this HP was a great deal

This has turned out to be a very good replacement PC. It has plenty of memory and hard drive storage to handle anything I plan to do with the PC. It runs as fast as I need it, and it has built-in bluetooth capabilities - NICE!
