Very high quality desktop

Very fast and actually has a pretty attractive case. Can't say enough about it's ease of use. Very pleased with my purchase.

Reason for 4 stars is before replacing the power supply and adding a graphics card, the computer would randomly freeze, approximately every 2 hours. I tried fixing that issue with multiple ideas found online to no avail. I'm not sure if this was a software or hardware issue but, after my upgrades it hasn't froze since. Also, it was open box so who knows. Biggest plus, it uses standard power supply so easy upgrade. Gtx 960 fit at 10" in length. Room for 3 hard drives too.

Fast, quit, great value
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros - the HP Envy Desktop computer is much faster then my old computer, I put my tower next to my desk and we can bearly hear it running Cons - the reviews I read before purchasing were true, my first HP Envy computer froze up within the first five minutes , I had to do a hard restart and it froze up the second time within 15 minutes, being upset I called the Geek Sqaud and they told me to just bring it back , that there is a software problem , so I get my new one and I have no problems at all, it is quit fast running and going from windows XP to windows 10 I'm in a learning curve and now love my new HP Envy

Good computer for my needs

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Windows 10 still has a lot to prove in my opinion. There are a lot of extra charges for things that you're probably used to in whatever windows edition you currently have. Read up on it first.

Would definitely recommend. It came with Windows 10 which is also a definite improvement to Windows 7.
