This PC is everything I was looking for in a desktop computer. Was easy to setup; operates fast; functions well; looks sleek with its stainless front panel. Appears that it will serve me well for years to come.

I swung over to HP from a 13 year old Dell. This Envy unit is quick and quiet. No issues as yet and HP checks every so often to ensure all is well. I am so happy with this purchase and Best Buy had the best price.

I have had this pc for about 2 months and have had no issue. It runs smooth and quiet. I wasn't looking for super technical specs but I wanted a fast machine with adequate hard drive space. It's a very nice machine. It automatically recognized my HP printer via Bluetooth so I didn't have to do ANYTHING for that install. My recommendation with Windows 10, is to ensure that you get all the updates when you first power it up. I changed my settings to install overnight to avoid installs while I'm working. I consistently check for updates/install each time I turn on the pc. I had a bad experience with another computer that wanted to install updates automatically, I left the pc on overnight and it would never start up again.

I have been happy with the performance of the computer.

I had a computer that was a lot slower with a lot less memory. I love this one because it works like a charm and is fast. It is great for storing pictures and I still have lots of memory left. I love it.

HP Envy upgrade with 2 TB drive, 12 MB memory and 6th Gen Intel 5 chip with Win 10 is everything that I wanted and needed plus more. Very satisfied with purchase and HP as a vendor. Repeat HP customer.

I had a Compact that was 5 years old and slow for everything. Opening and glitch videos. So I want to upgrade but nothing just released. This was a bargain deal with a year to pay off interest free. Very happy with the purchase. Opens quickly and handles all my operations I need it for(Emails, Quicken, MS Office 2016 and miscellaneous things) Do not play games much and when I do it is not the new games that eat up video memory to play them. I read this computer would do fine with it but have no interest in those things anymore at the age of 40 something :-P

HP Envy 12GB Intel Core i5 is extremely fast, slick

After purchasing my HP Envy computer I set aside an entire day to learn how to use it. The Envy comes with Windows 10 which was new to me. What a surprise, the Envy was easy to navigate and is pretty quick compared to my old computer. As a photographer I needed lots of storage space and this computer has it. The learning curve from Windows 7 to Windows 10 wasn't much. Within an hour I was accessing photos I needed and writing a proposal. The HP Envy has everything I wanted in a computer and more.

Purchased computer as an opened box item. Substantial RAM and good speed for the price.

The Envy is a very good computer, lots of memory and fast processor. Trying to adapt to Windows 10 is the only drawback thus far.
