Computer is very fast. Uploads are quick and it is easy to use. I would recommend that s desktop for any person beginning school

The computer had a good price for the features. However, I do not like the placing of the USB connections facing backwards on the top of the computer. I would also rather have had my choice of antivirus software than the one provided. Finally, the current version of Windows 10 has several deficient features that must be fixed before it meets my needs. Also I do not care for One Drive and would rather it not be on the computer. The basic setup for WIFI, the internet, and email was very easy.

I spent some time researching different brands and specs and this desktop was perfect. It is fast, quiet and the HP support, which I contacted for a quick question was responsive and friendly.

I really like this computer and it does everything I need it to do so far. I think if you decide to buy it, you won't be disappointed. However that being said, I don't play fast action games so I am not sure how it will perform in that aspect.

this is my third hp desk top in approx. 10 years... usually very happy with hp...the keyboard and mouse included in this package is useless... mouse sticks and so does keyboard... will have to purchase a new one... also had numerous freeze problems ...had geek squad fix 3 times and only had computer for 6 weeks....

Great computer. Using it to run my small business and it works great with Quick Books. I don't care about gaming and such but it's probably good for all that too. Tons of speed and storage.

If you're looking for a CPU with plenty of storage, memory and a wireless connection, this is for you. Has lots of USB ports, located on the top for easy access. Runs quiet and is stylish

This PC was purchased to use in a home office paired with an HP printer-copier-fax. The Hp Envy provides ample storage and speed for Internet activity including occasional video downloads.

I have been very happy with my new PC but missing some features my old one had. I don't like learning new technology though so it's nothing against the computer. I have a computer desk and it is difficult to access the ports which are on the top of the tower (were located on the front of my last PC).

I found the HP computer to be very quiet and fast, as well as very responsive. The storage is fantastic and the small footprint is great.

We wanted to purchase a computer that would work with the Oculus Rift. After searching we found this computer at Best Buy cheaper than anywhere else. We purchased a 970 video card but something about it wouldnt work with the power supply so we also purchase a larger power supply. Then the onboard CD media player would not plug into the new power supply. We thought we couldnt do it until the GEEK Squad manager suggested external Cd player. DING DING DING!!!! GREAT IDEA!! Everything works now and great graphics, terrific audio from the Bang and Olufson sound chip. Best audio of any computer I've ever had, including aftermarket sound cards. A very good computer.

I replaced my old HP of 11 years with this and I have been nothing but satisfied with this computer. It does the job and no lag!! My kids use it for their school projects. Great PC!!

Always satisfied with HP equipment and Best Buy.. I can say, "disappointed", with financing plan. Was advertised for 18 months, no interest, and when I verified in the store looking at it, , Best Buy immediately removed the sign and changed to 12 mo., stating their policy had changed. When I inquired about extended warranty, it had changed.

Our older HP desktop needed replacement. We saw this model at Best Buy. BB had the best price. We purchased in store. This PC has been great. Fast. A ton of storage. Love windows 10.

With twelve gigabytes of RAM and two terabytes of hard drive space, it is more than the average home user might need.

New computer seems ok...bummed that it does not come with Microsoft Office...I think that should come standard with Windows. Also I think it is a bit difficult to navigate. Dont like some of the tool bars.

Hewlett Packard makes a great PC. Very reliable and fast for everything you plan on using a pc for, gaming or work.

I changed out CPU's bcuz my old machine was an i3 processor with Windows 7 initially. I installed Window 10 and the web browser was hanging up and causing other apps to do the same. So I thought perhaps a faster processor with Win 10 already loaded on it would take care of that problem. It didn't but it is a tad bit faster with the simple things that I do with it. So I am only a bit disappointed with it as the problem remains. I guess it will be corrected with Win 11.
