I was told the new computer would be a lot better than my old one and all the files, etc. from my old computer would be transferred to new. That did not happen. They said my windows 10 was not the same as their windows 10. Still having difficulties getting files to work as before. Without any manuals things are difficult especially when you don't know the new terminology

My wife uses PCs and I use Apple MacPro. This Envy is an excellent product and we have no problems with it. It has Windows 10 and i5. Wish it had more USB ports and the CD/DvD is vertical, not horizontal. It has an HDMI port that works quite well with an HDMI equipped monitor. It has iCloud capabiliy to connect with iPad. We are using a wireless keyboard and mouse that uses an USB port. The HP has bluetooth and wifi and cable hookups. We use wifi and AirPrint. A good buy but we had to go to three Best Buys to find one in stock. Call ahead to find where it is in stock. I have found that BB computer reps can find the right PC for people.

Looked long and hard very happy with this product. Very fast work great with all my photography needs. Very easy to set up no problems and I am not a computer person at all.

Fast, but few minor issues with drivers. HP doesn't work well with windows 10

I wanted compute that would be easy o set up, relatively inexpensive and run fast. The HP Envy fits the bill.

After having difficulty with constant freezing of a Vista system on my six year old computer, I decided rather than having an outside service trouble shoot the problem, it was time for a replacement. Having previous HP products I decided on this computer with Windows 10. The Geek Squad transferred my files to the new HP, and Windows 10 was extremely easy to learn and use. It's much faster and now I have true HD display on my HDMI capable monitor. No problems thus far, and really like the new computer.

First one I brought home optical drive didn't work, so carried it back to Geek Squad who determined the cables hadn't been properly installed at factory. Took home and user recognition by software began acting up. Carried it back to Geek Squad again, where during their testing the internal HP software failed altogether. Best Buy gave me a new one and Geek Squad set it up and now running fine. But the vertical optical drive is inconvenient to use.

this was recommended to me by a friend and also by the salesman at the Best Buy store. It has more RAM than I need, but better more than not enough. Speed is wonderful!

After 2 cd/rom drives breaking, sending the computer in to HP for repair (installing a new more robust cd/rom drive) this is a very good system.

My HP ENVY desktop is the envy of my family and friends. It functions reliably with strength, speed, and precision while performing a wide range of functions.

I bought this computer to replace an aging laptop. It has tons of storage and was easy to set up. I like the easily accessible USB ports on the top of the case.

It has an i5 processor and lots of RAM, and is speedy enough for us. No problems with it so far.

other than the fact that I am not a windows fan for years, this computer runs well, no way I'll ever use up the space - super fast and a great deal. nice going HP

I bought this computer several weeks ago to replace an ALL IN ONE that I purchased several years ago. My old one was slow and would not play videos without stopping and restarting multiple times. I looked at the HP Envy, but was uncertain as to whether it would be the same way. The sales person, assured me it would play videos and be fast enough to perform all of the tasks I needed it for. She was right. I am very happy with this purchase, and would recommend it to anyone.

The machine set up very easily & works great. Everything went smoothly & had no problems at all. I would gladly recommend this unit for anyone to buy & use.

Needed a home PC that was fast and realiable. This PC is the one that fit my family's needs. Easy to set up and very happy with price and quality of PC.

My last computer was purchased in 2007 so it was time for an upgrade! After doing some research online and talking with a pretty knowledgeable salesperson, I chose the HP Envy Desktop. It's plenty powerful for everyday use with Excel, Word, etc. and plenty of space for all my music and photos. I especially love the wireless keyboard and mouse. All this and it was on sale! Great deal, great computer for the price.

Just enough of everything I need in a PC. HD space = good, Memory = good and it's quiet!

I got this cpu about 3 months ago, and it has been a really nice purchase. I upgraded the graphics card with a GTX 960. It's not cutting edge, but I can run games like Division, GTA 5, ARMA, and COD, with all settings on ultra. In addition, I am getting 60 fps with those settings. For the price, I would definitely recommend it.
