Computer was breaking, got this as a back up. It was ok since I had a previous Envy. Not sure how easy it is to upgrade, but i'd imagine it wouldn't be as big of a hassle.

Runs much faster and is quiet. Was able to purchase at a good price. Was recommended by a "traveling Geek" meaning one who does house call only.

Was looking for a replacement and after several options this computer for the price is a good idea. Fairly fast processor and easy to get around.

The only thing I didn't like was they didn't tell us we need an extra wire so it was overnight before I can go back to the store and get a wire to try the computer out

used for both personal and business, this PC was an excellent buy for the price. would have liked 16 Gig of RAM, but 12 Gig seems to work fine.

My old one died, & this fit all the boxes. Since I am old & do not change computers just because & I keep mine until it is on it's last leg, So, I wanted lots of power & storage with all the bells & whisles to last years. Just an old person who wants easy & lots of storage/hard drive so it goes zoom zoom when I can't & this one fits the bill.I cruise the internet, email, photos & some music. I have ALSO been an HP person since my very first one. So, HP has always worked for me & been easy to move forward with new ones even years & years later..

Very easy to install. Just setup last night so really haven't had a chance to play with it too much. Only issue was it only had a HDMI hookup and the monitor I already had did not. Simple run to Best Buy to buy an adapter and I was on my way.

Like it except every so often, I get a frozen confetti screen and the only remedy is a complete shutdown and restart. If it keeps up, I will invoke the warranty.

Was lucky enough to get on sale but even at full price an awesome desktop with lots of features and capabilities, came with nice wireless keyboard and mouse which was an added bonus a lot of more expensive desktops would not have supplied.

Does what it should but I would like front facing ports. I still hate win 10.

The HP unit right out of the box was an easy set up and the desktop works great. Added monitor of a HP 25vx very clear and high resolution.

When the computer runs, it works very well. However, I often get a black screen on start up. I have spent time with HP on this and the problem hasn't been fixed yet. Not sure if this is an HP problem or a Windows problem. Disk drive is a little flimsy also. Seems to run fast. Chip is only 2.7Ghz not 3.2 as advertised. I was told this is in the fine print but I do not see it still.

Easy to set up, which is important. Fast and a lot of memory. Will never use it all. Has everything you need, including processing speed.

Satisfied with the performance of the graphics and memory that suits my needs.

Really like this computer. The wireless keyboard and mouse work great and don't notice any issue with them. It is very quiet don't notice when it is on, you can't hear any fan noise. The only complaint is where you plug in the SD card or Flash Drives. I have the computer sitting just off the floor on a shelf and it can be at times hard to finger feel where to put the media. Not a big issue and I really like the computer.

I needed a straightforward computer for my homework and small game needs. I do a little web design as well. This computer so far has been really good and served me well. Transition from my old computer to this one was very smooth.

It was time to upgrade a few of our office computers. This HP met our needs (basic Microsoft office, internet). Great improvement!

This is a desktop used primarily for administrative work. Our application are mainly with all MS Office365 applications and several cloud based solutions using a browser. we also do some minor photo editing. The processor is more powerful than what is needed but i rather have an over powered PC than a under powered one. Have been using it for about a month now and works great.

This unit has worked well. The only issue has been with Windows 10. Either previously used programs hang up in 10 or new programs hang up in 10. Resolution and fixes are hard to come by for Windows 10 other than re-install software. The orientation of disk drive is a slight problem and requires a bit more time to get the disc situated. Could have been a better design.
