This pc runs good, only issue is the vertical CD/DVD drive makes a lot of noise. Also minimal upgradability.

Overall pretty good. Did initially have a driver issue..had to have the geek squad update the driver ...this shouldn't happen with brand new equipment

My other computer went out on me, so I had to buy a new one, and I'm so glad that I chose this one. Inexpensive, yet dependable.

Just what we were looking for. The service was very helpful and complete. Our old system was down and we needed to upgrade. Best Buy fit the bill . The Geek squad help us retrieve our data and transferred over to new system.

A lot of high-bandwidth memory. It looks nice, but the case is too small for upgrade hardware.

My Dell's mother board went belly up rather unexpectedly one day and I needed to replace it without a lot of pomp and circumstance. I had been a XPS guy for a long time but my last one was a head ach from day one so I just took the salespersons advice and bought this HP 750 with basically 0 research. So far, so good. Little bloat, smooth and fast. So far, I like.

No problem using Windows 10. Computer has good speed. Easy to set up.

Windows 10 is great on this PC. Speed is super fast, Lots of space on the hard drive. Just what we needed for home computing.

Purchased the HP - Envy Desktop - Intel Core i5 - 12GB Memory - 2TB Hard Drive - Brushed Metal. I went into Best Buy several times prior to purchasing the computer. The sales staff was extremely knowledgeable, helpful but not pushy. They truly assisted me in making up my mind. The prices in Best Buy are very competitive and they will match the price of another store. I am a happy Best Buy customer.

Easy set up, quick response, awesome computer, and definitely an awesome deal! Even without the sale, this is worth the money.

I've heard a great deal of negativity from my clients concerning Windows 10. I've found that I enjoy using Windows 10 and its new features. The Envy works beautifully and was very easy to install. Many of the installation procedures are automatic. The computer runs super fast and hasn't presented any problems. The only negative comment I have is that the keyboard included in the package is much smaller than my last keyboard, and the keys are very flat, which make it more difficult for me to type.

Like the style and the ease of using this new computer. However, I personally prefer Window 8.1 instead of the new Windows 10/

Bought the tower to set it up with two hdmi monitors. I multitask alot for work and this tower can keep up with the demand. I usually run all Microsoft 365 software and quickbooks. The wireless keyboard and mouse are not great but it gets the job done. I haven't had any problems with the tower and it runs great and very quite. Windows 10 is great and very easy to work with, especially with two monitors. It has the latest gen. 6th i5 processor with plenty of ram 12gbs for multitasking and enough memory for storage 2t. I also recommend Microsoft 365 as it comes with storage cloud of 1t

The programs suck. Windows 10 is not user friendly. And I haven't been able to access my old works files.

I like the hard drive space, and the speed of the of it.

Previous PC crashed via viruses. This PC was recommended by Salesman as one of the best PCs. I am truly grateful for the recommendation of the Salesman. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. Thank You!

This is the perfect home/family computer that I have had yet. The speed and memory is exactly what I was looking for.

Functions quickly and smoothly. It is so quiet you hardly hear it.
