fast and updated technology which is easy and fun to use. Meets my needs.

This computer starts up so fast with a minimum wait time. Runs smoothly while having different apps open at the same time. Be aware that the CPU doesn't have a standard multi-pin connection for your monitor. It connects via HDMI cable.

My old machine (8 years old ) died and I knew anything new would be much faster. I needed something capable of running photoshop smoothly. This does the job beautifully. Actions are fast even with multiple images open. The price, on sale, was quite good. Only issue I had was the wireless keyboard failed to work properly. I gave up trying to remedy it and just plugged in my old usb keyboard. Works perfectly.

It seems like it doesn't always respond quickly, especially the CD rom drive when I first attempt to add something to a disc. Sometimes I get kicked off what I'm doing and not sure if it's the hard drive or my browser or the website.

only one negative...not sure if it is windows 10 fault or video driver, but when computer sleeps and then wakes up the monitor won't come back on. Hard boot is required if you let the PC go into sleep mode.

Had difficulties at first because the drive was not recognized by the system. Back at the store it was. Back home it was not. Finally it was recognized but still there are time when it will quit right in the middle of reading a disc. This drive needs to be replaced. Right now it is not recognized....

I've always had HP computers. So far the only problem with this model is loading new programs from a disc.

I've had this for about a month. had video card issues with this right away. I have never done anything overwhelming to overload system. just multiple windows at same time or maybe a game app. received fast help from geek squad but same issue arose and got a little worse. *See pic* everything was updated. Now i have to take my computer over an hour away to closest geek repair shop and who knows how long it will be before its fixed properly. for the money I paid I thought it would be a better computer than this.

Terrible keyboard and mouse combo. Spoils the use of the computer.

my hard drive has failed within 2 months and Best Buy won't do anything because we didn't buy an overpriced extended warranty because it was a brand new computer. How does a 2015 computer fail?! Plus before it failed it was glitchy and YouTube video wouldn't play. I've also used HP but never again. And for being a rewards member $10 for spending $1000 and then not having a way to correct the problem is not what I call customer service or a rewards program. This is bs.

This PC has everything except office. Plenty of memory for everything you might need.

Nice computer but I thought it would be faster, already had to take it in for service to the geek squad.

I always have good luck with HP. Windows 10 not my favorite but not any choice here. Make sure your monitor is HDMI that is the only output on this PC.

I am happy with my new HP Envy. It has been challenging for me, though, due to the Windows 10 software being very different. My only complaint is the lack of help Microsoft offers in support of Windows 10 and the associated office products I purchased separately. The problem is that there are not many choices, especially for those of us whom are older and somewhat technology challenged Sorry to say!.

I purchased this machine for my home office. My use is primarily word processing, spreadsheets email and video editing. I am extremely pleased with this computer. Set up was a breeze and there is not a lot of bundled unnecessary software to deal with. The computer is incredibly fast and with the 2 TB drive I expect it to last me quite a few years. I would not hesitate to get another one like it.

This is set up for important work and seems to be just a little above average of my other two computers. You only had two computers to select from -- this HP and a Dell. I was really hoping for an ASUS; You need more selections than just two. I took the HP since the Dell was so small.

I had been thinking about a new computer for at least two years. I really do not know why I waited so long this is the best purchase I have made in a long time.
