Nice slick design and powerful processer under the hood. Quick for tasks and plenty of memory for average user. Nice looking box. Shame that what comes alongside in the box has no frills... so you will probably want to upgrade... Says Bang & Olufsen all over the marketing, but this is a driver rather than any output - so you will need to buy speakers.. Wireless mouse and keyboard jerky and bit hard to use, especially for gaming. Recommended monitor didn't come with HDMI cable, despite no old style output plug on this desktop... So PC itself good but not so great as a package.

This PC really can deliver the power a mid-level user needs. Components are strong enough to power the apps that make it a good machine for family use.

This computer was easy to set up for use and maneuver. Fast processor.

I've only had the computer for a few weeks and am still becoming accusromed to it and Windows 10. However, so far it seems to be an excellent machine.

Best Buy had sold out of the original computer I wanted, but this was comparable in price and the sales associate who helped me was really good even though very busy. We haven't used a desk top in awhile but my wife works from home and this is exactly what we need. The whole family loves it!

Once again my wife's PC expired. We bought this Envy on my bro-in-law's recommendation. So far so good.

This machine was a replacement for my mom's ancient computer(8yrs). Love the speed and flexibility. It did not come with a cd rom which was surprising and a little annoying. She uses it mostly for business and some personal stuff, surfing shopping and banking.

Windows 10 Edge and apps not working. Taskbar either.

Nice sleek look. It is just going to take time to get used to this version of Windows.

Very pleased with the speed of this processor. Very easy setup too!

computer had the features I wanted but have been having issues with it locking up on me. had trouble getting thru to HP service for help (they kept saying they were in the middle of updates all 4 times that I called). I have been trouble shooting myself instead. I think it is a software issue. I do like windows 10 though.

I was told that my machine would need an external cd drive ,in that HP nolonger makes this component on new machines. After Bryce (GEEK Squad), came to setup , was told ,and shown this to be false.

When I turn it on it goes on When I turn it off it goes off. Comes with Windows 10 Eh, and makes this noise that sounds like a camera shutter.

This HP purchased from Best Buy is very quiet and user friendly!

There were some annoying things at initial setup that actually lasted until all the updates were installed and then it seems to work fine.

The cpu ,disk and expansion capability are great on this computer making it a good buy for the money and a great machine for everyday use.
