The speed of the pc is everything that I expected, and much much more. This is my second HP pc, and the last one lasted 8 years, and I fully expect the same from this product as well.

Great home computer

The cordless feature is great, but there's no legs in the back to prop it up. I prefer my old MS ergonomic keyboard. And Windows 10 is taking a while to learn.

Great computer, just what we needed

Sadly we needed to purchase after a devastating hard drive crash of our 10 yr old computer. Kudos to the guys at the store diagnosing and trying to fix the hard drive, due to their customer service and positive experience we purchased the new computer same day at the store.

Seemed like a great deal

Brought it in to geek squad and they told me the hard drive was bad. After looking at the other 1 star reviews on here, it would seem that this issue is not all that rare of an occurrence. Best Buy refunded my money and I bought a Lenovo instead, which works great.

Nice for the price!

The cd/dvd compartment is a little flimsy, so I take extra care to make sure not to break it. Couldn't find a comparable computer at this price and I am happy with my purchase.

Great computer - terrible keyboard

Nice Computer

I have experienced no lag while playing games online. The only thing I would change would be the cd player, which, for some reason is mounted sideways (though I have had no problems with playing cd's or games).
