I bought the HP Envy only because my XP operating system died and apparently no one wanted, or knew, how to fix. I loved XP and am not real happy with Windows 10 but am learning how to use. I had the Geek Squad come out to set up things only to be told that the technician could only install Twp programs or peripherals. That was after giving a list before purchase and being told everything could be set up. When I had occasion to call for Geek Squad, I got the other side of the world after being transferred three times, couldn't understand what was being said and finally had to hang up the phone.

This is a terrific computer & for me solves the Internet Explorer issue with Microsoft Edge. The only problem which my salesman in the store didn't tell me is that this computer does NOT come with speakers. But, with Best Buy's fantastic financing promo I was able to get the Bose speakers I really wanted.

this cpu is very sleek and has all the features I needed

This computer has a lot of current features for today, has worked seamlessly, and has not givin me a single concern. The DVDs drive/ door does seem surprisingly cheap and delicate.... However... So far so good.

The only issue with the system is the vertical DVD/CD drive. It is very unstable and cheaply manufactured. I perceive it breaking and having to be replaced if not used very delicately. Received it as a gift,

First, let me say that I've had and DO NOT LIKE LAPTOPS! I wanted the best PC that Best Buy had to offer and I got it. It is fast (12 gigs), Does what I want it to do and I am very happy with my purchase! Thank you Braintree Best Buy.

Overall very pleased with this computer but found the dvd drive of low quality and some issues with the first time using it. Can add one additional internal disc drive but cannot add internal dvd/cd drives.

My HP PC was several years old and I needed to update to Windows 10. Not only did this PC have Windows 10 it also had more GB. Therefore, I will be prepared for future programs that require more capacity. I am pleased with my purchase. Continued my loyalty to HP which has never disappointed me.

Right capacity, this time previous 2 computers were underpowered for photo management, even tho Bedt Buy staff assured me they were "big"enough to do the job I deceived to them. It' take more space than I'd like but is satisfactory . Very satisfied with its performance & service from Geek Squad

This machine has the muscle needed to complete any assignment. With an Intel processor, massive hard drive, and powerful graphics your student can excel.

My recent HP desktop got zapped from a thunderstorm had to replace it. Went to Best Buy and found this on sale but to be honest it is well worth the price even if it wasn't on sale I guess you can say that luck did come my way. I got more than I could ask for. I am so Happy with this purchase!

A great Christmas present to myself. Treat yourself

Buying a new computer is stressful at best, chances are you old computer died out of the blue and you are scrambling to pick up the pieces. HP is a great reliable company. Windows 10, however, sucks.

Problem with registry and windows 10 has glitches.

We got a great purchase price, and as always the Geek Squad got everything ready for a not-so-Geek user.

The service I received at Best Buy was great as usual. The store in Battle Creek Michigan is superior.

I had an HP slimline before.....should have just gotten another one. Windows 10 really sucks,,,my first computer was at work in 1986 and MS /DOS was easier to navigate. So sad that the industry advances & won't include previous programs & operating systems. Security could still be updated along the way. I would not like to have to replace all of this in the future....5 to 7 years or so but that is exactly what the industry will want us to have to do,
