Great price and powerful enough to run a web server for 50 users

my purchase was excellent except the salesperson forgot to tell me I had to buy speakers since my new monitor didn't have them like old one did. I love everything about my new computer set up . I always go to Best Buy for my electronics purchases and have the Geek Squad install them.

great computer other then the driver sometimes says does notrespond if keeps up will have to return.

Computer runs fine. Set up has been fairly straightforward with no glitches. Downloads and uploads are accurate and fast. Works well with an VGA/HDMI adapter cable for old monitor with no issues.

Bought as a replacement for older model. Not used for gaming or business. Just personal emails, music, etc. Works great for my light/moderate use.

I love my new computer I was in need of a new one that could handle pictures and my online sharing without freezing I am having a lot of fun with it

This computer works great, just what we needed. We are not gamers but my wife spends a lot of time on social media. The only complaint I have is I did not get any best buy points for this purchase

I really like my new HP computer and have always had good luck with HP products in the past. The only thing I can't say I'm thrilled with is Windows 10...Really didn't want a new computer until they came up with something better but my old one died so it made me go for it.

The computer itself is easy to use, BUT need I say, I hate Windows 10. I use my computer for work and it took me three weeks to get all of my older programs/printer to work with Windows 10.

Easy to set up. Angle of the USB ports is a bit awkward. Didn't take too long to get use to Windows 10. The Edge internet explorer freezes once in a while, but that seems to be a known problem.

I like it a lot so far. I've only had it about a month and it's been great. I wasn't too crazy about the wireless mouse that came with it so I went back to using my Microsoft wireless mouse.

Along with my new monitor this computer is making my life easier because of the ease of use.

I needed a replacement for a previous HP Envy. This seemed to be the equivalent machine, but it turns out that it has a smaller power supply that is incapable of running my graphics card. I should have checked more carefully. However, I can drive my monitors adequately with the built-in integrated video. Two other complaints are that there are no usb ports on the front, and the DVD drive is mounted vertically and is rather minimal in structure, making it a bit tricky to properly insert a disk. Fortunately, I don't use the DVD drive much.

Very easy to hook up. Really like it. Capabilities and memory is great for our use. I am a small office setting and this has been a good addition.

Didn't want to worry about hooking up other equipment for WiFi capability. This was perfect

Now this is The computer I've been looking for, I bought one from Best Buy 2 years ago and it didn't meet my expectations, so I went shopping this time The store manager help me out and I told her just what I was looking for and she show me a computer but I did wanna spend a whole lot of money, She directed me to the h p with all the music I Download and The pictures that I store and even a game or 2 I use a lot of space on the Hard drive. This is definitely The one that fill the need for me . Speed and power with lot of storlage space Thats what I was looking for And is a nice looking desktop.

I've had the HP - Envy Desktop - Intel Core i5 - 12GB Memory - 2TB Hard Drive for about two months now and it is what I was looking for in a computer, great memory with plenty of storage on the hard drive

Excellent computer system with many great features!

Was bought for me for Xmas. No one told my husband that it needed a HDMI cable instead of the one that actually comes with the PC. He also wasn't told it didn't come with Microsoft which we had to also purchase online just to get my PC set up. Then of course the day we got it all in place, another trip to Best Buy to get the HDMI cable!! Best Buy, stop selling things to people who aren't really familiar with computers and the sales people should know what comes with the product or what is needed to set it up!!!

I'm very happy and satisfied with my desk top computer. It was easy to install. Tower is not as big and bulky as my old one. Takes up less space. Computer is working well.
