I love the Hp envy so much...this is the second one I have purchased this year!

The PC generally works well and is very fast. However, there is one hardware bug - the CD drive. They installed it vertically for looks, and it only works half the time!

This is a good work computer. Has dual hdmi connections to support multiple monitors. Probably not the best computer for gaming, but will run simple games without a glitch. Plenty of memory and drive space. All around good computer for the price.

HP Envy has all that I need & want. The 2 terabyte memory was an added bonus.

great computer to do online banking and surfing the web to order what ever is needed for our household. its quick and uses the high speed broadband that I have.

Pleased that Geek Squad was able to install the hard drive from my old computer so I didn't lose archived files. So far HP Envy speed and performance has been good.

Replaced 6 year old HP desktop. Waited until Win10 was native to avoid update issues. Performs well. Pretty fast for office apps. Not a gamer so cant speak to that

Got this computer on sale and it is definitely a lot of bang for the buck.

We had this computer installed by the Geek Squad! It was an AWESOME experience. We are so pleased with our new computer, so much faster than our obsolete Vista. Per usual we got the Best price ever at Best Buys. We always shop at Best Buys.

This is the best computer I have ever owned. I have never had one bit of trouble with it since I have owned it. The set up was so easy and my dreaded fear of learning Windows 10 was all in my head as I had no problems picking it up.

It had been many years since a bought a desktop, so maybe they all come this way nowadays but something indicating speakers were not included would have been appreciated so I didn't have to try to figure out why I wasn't getting sound.

Searched for a computer to replace older model that was out of date. I5 processor is fast enough that downloads are retrievable in a short time. Would recommend this system for anyone looking for a quality product from Best Buy.
