I truly don't know if it is the computer or the Windows 10 operating system causing my issues. Everything from keyboard performance to dropping the printer. Windows 10 - I wish it was never developed or rolled out before properly testing compatibility with EVERY OTHER program such as SAGE 50 Accounting, I have never been so frustrated. This Windows problem has kept me from appreciating the product.

Have been using my HP-Envy for about a month. So far is it going really well and I am enjoying the speed that this unit is providing me compared to my older laptop. I would recommend this computer for someone needing extra memory.

The machine is decent for the price you pay. Thank goodness we had Geeksquad because we needed them to help us install a cd driver the second day we had it. Ours runs Windows 10 which isn't my favorite.

Exactly what I was looking for to replace older HP Windows 7 computer! After using Surface Pro Windows 10 system I looked for a desktop replacement with excellent rated performance and a reasonable price. This model was it! Love Windows 10 and it has excellent speed and graphics! Well done!

The tower computer gives me lots of data storage and memory with high speed functionality. Still getting used to Windows 10, and just installed Microsoft Office 2016, working fine so far!

Windows 10 did not load all of my "work horse" programs that I have been using for years, that I was able to load in Windows 7. I do not subscribe to the "I Cloud" or "DropBox" idea, I want total control of my data, I do not trust having my backups to "a place" in the sky, that may not be available due to unforeseen circumstances. I do not like to be paying a monthly fee for programs that I can own, of course these programs are more expensive today that they used to be, Windows 10 performance. . . well they still have a little bit or work to do. The HP Envy, is nice looking, very quiet, no blinking lights, fast as expected, I am happy with the unit itself.

Had to replace my tower quickly and could not be more pleased with the price and functionality. I need speed and reliability for business and this certainly delivered.

I searched online, in stores, and printed materials for a desktop that had a lot of memory and a hard drive at least 2TB .... all at a reasonable price. This HP Envy filled the bill on all points plus it's good looking. It's a great, fast and exciting computer.

When I first purchased the tower, I was unable to use the CD/DVD drive. I called HP tech support and was on the line for more than an hour with someone who had an extremely difficult accent to understand. I got nowhere with him. Subsequently I returned the tower to Best Buy and they gave me a new one. Even the new CD/DVD does not work properly. I finally was able to load some of my programs. In a week or two, I later tried to load TurboTax. Again the drive refused to work. In frustration I shut down the computer and came back the next day. Now it worked and I was able to load TurboTax. Bad news: when I tried to load another program, the CD/DVD refused to work. Do I have to shut down the computer and restart **each time**? Other than this troublesome defect, the machine works OK. Don't like the small wireless keyboard that came with the machine. Keys are very close together and constantly hit two at the same time. I'll get used to it in time, I suppose. Plan to purchase a third party keyboard soon.

Very happy with the speed and ease of video editing/ cropping I've experienced on this PC.

I bought this computer to upgrade from my i3 Gateway, because I needed a better processor for photo editing programs. This HP model is an overall fast, efficient computer. I actually like windows 10. It took some getting used to because of some changes, but overall i like it. I use my sony tv and with a soundbar as my second monitor and computer speakers. The only reason I did not give this HP a 5 star rating is that I have to occasionally restart my computer to get the audio connection to work, I am not sure if this is a windows 10, or computer problem. I use the Sony TV as the default audio setting.

THE FIRST HP I BOUGHT WAS ALL MESSED UP. FINALLY I UP GRADED TO THIS ONE AND AM VERY PLEASED WITH IT. THE SERVICE OF BEST BUY WAS ATROCIOUS THOUGH. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPUTER BUT I WILL BE BUYING MY HIGH TICKET ITEM TICKETS ELSEWHERE. I REALLY HAD TO RAISE A FUSS JUST TO GET THEM TO HONOR THEIR WARRANTY.

This PC does more than just the task of regular home use. It has enough power and speed to be used for a home business. I like the storage capacity and reasonable memory. The PC is flexible enough to handle a lot of caching and multi-application use at the same time. I really like how reasonably it is priced too.

I was looking to upgrade a computer at work that had the memory and speed to handle multiple tasks. I got everything I needed with this and more with the sound package .

The computer itself seems to be a great purchase. No problems with performance, no observed limitations as yet. Only problem is I purchased an Asus monitor with the HP desktop, and not being exceptionally computer literate, I didn't know there would be a problem with compatibility. Perhaps I overlooked a suggestion message regarding the need for that cord when making the purchase, but I don't remember seeing one. After we bought the right kind of adapter cord, the two work great together. I would recommend this to a friend, but I'd make sure to tell him/her about the adapter if the monitor is a different brand.

I usually build my own computers, but I way this on sale with 12G of memory and a 2TB hard drive. I couldn't built one close to that price. Very fast and easy setup.

This computer replaced a tower used as a server for my tax and accounting business. Very fast. 12GB RAM, 2TB Hard Drive. More than enough for what I need. I don't do gaming just process forms for clients. Very pleased.

Upon studying many models and their qualities, this is the one that was best for the price, extended usage, and for my needs. It has been slow for me learning windows 10 and transferring stuff from my older computer, but that is no fault of the computer. My only surprise was that there was no VGA input on the tower. The salesman said I would be fine using my current monitor and I missed that no VGA was mentioned on the spec. All is well after the purchase of a VGA to HDMI adapter.

I really like windows 10. Very easy to navigate. Computer has a lot of processing power with the 12 gigs of ram and intel. There were a few times the computer froze up while using an audio program bit overall a bargain for the cost. I took off a star for the fact that it is slightly slower than i thought it would be but then again i have a lot of audio and video apps working on it , so i definetly recommend it .
