Bought this desktop on sale thinking that it was a great buy! Computer worked about one full day, long enough for me to transfer all my music and photos. It started beeping error codes and would not even load to the Windows screen! Called HP and they were clueless. HP said to return it to Best Buy, which I did. Best Buy took the computer back with no problem and I upgraded to a different brand.

This computer, which I purchased to replace an older HP, does everything I need and more. It came with Windows 10, which took a bit to get used to, but , now that I have, is fine.

Very easy to set up and use. With the wireless mouse and keyboard you can sit back and surf. The service at the Lees Summit store was excellent, and the Geek Squad was very helpful.

Chose this one because it was mid-grade and I don't play video games and store most every thing on an external hard drive. Not a fan of MICROSOFT 10 wanting to store my passwords.

I find that this Computer was very easy to set up at home, It works well. No problems with crashes. The design is nice. and I like the hookup location. The Drive is easy to access.

Huge improvement over my previous machine. Huge hard drive, and lots of RAM. Also, very stylish, attractive cabinet, and very nice location of USB ports on the top of the machine.

After taking back a new HP Envy twice, I switched to a Dell product. I was unable to get my Monitor to come out of the sleep mode. The Desktop would but not the monitor. It was not the monitor that was the problem as it did this on other monitors the Geek Squad hooked it up to. Then I started researching on line and there was a lot of chatter about this same issue that others were experiencing. I have had HP computers in the past and was more than satisfied. Just not this one

I have had wonderful luck with my new computer. It is fast and accurate. I am still getting used to Windows 10 and some of the other parts, but I am very happy with this purchase.

I just had my computer set up today so can't say a lot. So far, so good, Of course it's faster than my old one.

I have only had my desk top for about 4 weeks, but it is awesome! Very Fast I am very happy with this purchase

In need of an updated system, did a bunch of research to find one that fit our wants and needs, and this one worked for us! We've had it for a year now and no issues!

I wasn't sure what the quality would be for the price (it was on sale) but I am very happy with this purchase

This was perfect for what we needed just a get online pay bills ect. Works well. Nonproblem so far

I love the efficiency and look of my new HP Envy. Windows 10 has a small learning curve but operates well. The computer is fast and looks very sleek and modern on my desk.

Love it so far. It's taking so time to get use to windows10 but think I will like it once I get it figured out.

Computer is ok. Every now and then it lags on basic tasks or is slow to respond to simple commands. Other than that it is a great computer. Only complaint is that it does not have built in speakers. I have one of my HEOS 1 portable speakers next to it so that resolves that issue. Storage is great and I don't anticipate using it all as I also use an external hard drive.

Needed to upgrade and this seems to be working well.Only negative is usb ports are not so easily accessable

The PC functions as intended, plenty of speed for everyday applications. The USB and headphone ports on top is a nice location.
