regret the purchase. not workable

Ni menu. CD does not work. Just a bad piece of JUNK Will not trade at Best Buy for anything in the future.

I've had it for over a month, and I am very pleased with my purchase. I am using this computer for personal use. My husband was also in the market for a new computer. After using my computer a few times, he went out and bought the same computer.

The desktop is very nice. Monitors lack sound.

At installation I learned that there was no sound with the monitors. Best Buy tries to sell you every possible cable that may be needed. I would think they would mention the lack of sound! I had to return to the store to purchase a speaker system. Very disappointed.

Even though it's Windows 10, it's still very user friendly and we like it a lot! Best Buy did the price match that HP was offering, then I noticed a week later, Best Buy had it on sale, so they matched that price as well. Very happy with it!

In the first week it required multiple factory resets which left me doubting safety of any files, pictures etc that may be saved ..I returned it ..When it was working I truly did like it..

Great Desktop, Great Price

Some reviews had concerns about noise and or vibration. The is only the slightest bit of noise which is expected. Only complaint is the optical drive is mounted sideways and seems weak. This is not a deal breaker for me since I will barley use it.

Fast, quiet computer

The only problem i have had has been with WiFi connections in the home. Have had to reconnect a few times when it would not automatically connect to my router. Not sure if this is a windows problem or a HP problem.
