It is very quick when starting/booting and for example putting in a flash drive. Switching to Windows 10 and having to reload software was something of a pain; however the annual leasing program for Microsoft office personal suite softened the resetting up - good support on line.

Nice Desktop Computer

It supports 2 HDMI monitors but HDMI only, which is fine with me. Be sure the monitor matches. The keyboard and mouse are wireless, which cuts down on the cable maze. It is connected to a wireless network and the internal connection works very reliably between 2 floors in a home.

When talking to the sales person at the store found it would run three monitors but would be slow in this configuration. Therefore I bough another computer. Again this is a good computer but was not the right machine for my setup.

Super fast, but the DVD drive did not work

However, when I went to download my software I could not get the DVD to work. The drive was not listed on "my computer" at all. It was non existent. Do not know if it was not physically connected or if it was missing a driver. I have no patience for new products that need service out of the box. Returned it bought a Dell from Costco. P.S. - I hate win 10. Sell me apps after I just spent how much for a computer.

This computer has been working like a champ since I set it up. Should last me for several years given it's configuration. Another gal in my office had already bought two of these Envy machines for her employees and liked them too.
