Its working a lot better then the first one we got.

Purchased for use by a sister Church. Works great.

Easy set up however the screen repeatedly froze even after reboots. When I googled the problem, it was a very common problem with consumers. Best Buy was very helpful with the return.

Purchased product when my old system hard disk went bad. The Geek Squad not only was able to transfer all of my old files, but advise me when I wanted to upgrade my router/modem to a WIFI system as well. The also assisted with uploading my printer drivers and assisting in connecting all of my peripherals. Great experience!

This pc has met all the needs that I have had so far. The only issue is that the graphics card is integrated and I would like a little more on my graphics card. Luckily if needed I can simply install one with ease.

Had to return first purchase and even second one not working... Cannot get wireless keyboard to communicate with any text input box in Windows 10 after log on with set up PIN

This computer has been a good replacement for my older HP. No significant issues with installation. The only thing that could be improved is the sound. It really isn't very good, which surprised me for an HP computer.

Hi, I bought this desktop because I wanted to build a gaming PC.i easily swapped out the power supply and installed a graphics card.its been running great and the hard drive is quite fast despite not being an SSD.i totally recommend this product and like the design .I only wish the USB port were in front .

I was a little disappointed when the computer arrived. I was going to use my old monitor, but the new computer would not accept the connecting device. The store salesperson did not ask what kind of connector I had.

The computer is fine but I've had a few issues with it. Had to call GeekSquad 2 times so far with issues. Still has a few glitches though. We'll wait to see if it gets better before I make a final judgement.

2TB hard drive, 12GB RAM... WOW. Wireless keyboard and mouse and a 27" LED monitor. I added Klipsch speakers and it sounds wonderful. I am delighted with my purchase and the bundled deal from H-P and Best Buy. Two thumbs up!

I'm not very proficient at using a computer, but have been learning on my own over the past 15-20 years. HP has been my preference, and has served me very well. Windows 10 and this new tower with my new Samsung curved monitor is all I need. I have much to learn. Alan Huntley

It will take awhile for me till I get used to it. . I find new things as I use it more.I'm sorry that Ihit no for recommending it. I would have to use it longer to say yes or no. Sorry sarge

We bought one, unpacked it and turned it on. Within a few hours had a bios error and could not use the PC. Exchanged it for another one and had the same problem. Returned it and would never buy another one. Not sure I'd even buy a different HP model.
