I've never had issues with HP computers, so there was no problem with selecting this one. In fact, I'd only done "some" reading about computers before walking into the store, seeing the selection, and deciding that this would be the best for me. Only issue I have, and I'd read this by others, is that HP really went cheap & chinsey on the keyboard. It hardly slants up, making it difficult to type, and the "zero" is not a full key. If you use the key pad, like I do, you're constantly making mistakes because instead of hitting a zero, you're hitting a period. Otherwise, the system is fine, I love the added storage and memory. Oh, one other item, that I can live with...the CD mechanism is also a bit chinsey and feeble. I can see where I will need to be a bit more careful putting in and taking out CDs. There are plenty of USB ports ontop and in back of system, which makes life good, too. So far, I'm very pleased with it; hope to have it at least as long as my last HP, which was 9.5 years.

Whether I'm down loading or switching from program to program or running multiple items all at once. this computer has been able to handle everything I've thrown at it to date. So far I am very pleased, and expect to feel this way down the road. In store team that helped me with my purchased helped to answer a few last minute questions, and get my purchase completed.

Got this desktop to replace my old computer. Very easy to set up and get started. Comes with just the wireless keyboard, mouse and desktop so you'll need to get the speakers and monitor. Great combination of fast processor and enough memory for a good price.

Love this new unit. Great contrast in performance compared to the old one. Ample memory makes a difference. Wish I had made this switch sooner!

It was and is well above what I expected. This is by far the fastest responding machine I have had.. I do have one complaint.. The keyboard and mouse is , at times so unstable it is almost unusable.. I have not found a fix for it as of yet. I have used another mouse/keyboard with no improvement... I am sure it is the driver.. It is in serious need of a HP fix !!!!

This computer is fast and has lots of memory but Windows 10 is a bit of a pain.

Very powerful machine with all of the specs I was looking for and at a great price, as well.

As a replacement for an eight year old computer this model fit all my needs for a home desk top. I would purchase this product again.

It is easy to use only bad thing is some web sites won't accept window 10

a truley great desktop. it's fast and i can run multiple programs at one time and it doesnt' slow it down! perfect for my needs

I purchased this tower to replace an older one at work. This one is very fast, easy set up and has not given any issues so far.

Had some Windows10 setup issues with email, it took being online with Microsoft for 3 hours for their tech to get the email issues fixed. The computer runs fast and is a lot faster than my previous one

This product was on sale for a reasonable price. Looking around I could not fine a comparable price for the same product. It works much better with the amount of ram with several large program open. The graphic card did failing a few time when I was doing a lot of graphic work, but restored it self in seconds. All in all it performs well and was worth the price

This machine is great! I can now play my online games without worrying about my computer overheating. It's fast and reliable.

Started out freezing up occasionally, but help staff solved the problem, and now works just fine. CD/DVD drive is cheesy and USB ports are in a weird place. Like that it's quiet and fast. All in all, it seems to be a fine computer.

I bought this for my son for Christmas to play games on. It was cheap, easy to use and looks slick. He really liked it.

Great speed and memory for the price. Use it for word processing and PowerPoint presentations and works like a charm

A nice little workhorse to replacing my living room computer. Mainly used to look up quick info during commercials , or for giving lessons to my father when he is over, to help him better learn how to fully utilize his tablet. Works nice using the HDMI cable, Would deffinately choose this computer again. A big bang from a mid size price tag.
