Not likeing Microsoft too much anymore. Can no longer purchase software with a disk and ended up paying twice for Outlook. Computer is everything I hoped for though and more.

Good Tower. But if I leave the computer open for sometime, automatically the sound goes off. Overall good.

I got on computer and it went down hill. Then I went back to what I have gotten in the past. It works great.

Ten days after I brought my new computer home, I went on two weeks vacation. When I returned, The computer wouldn't start. I took it to Best Buy's Geek Squad and after troubleshooting, they informed me it was a software problem. It's now been 31 days since I bought the computer, and I still don't have it in working order. (They say I might get it back sometime today.)

Fast but not as fast as I would like, Keeps dropping off internet, Other devices in network are steady.

Windows 10 is difficult to get used to. It was time consuming to get all of my programs to work with it.

Had it for 3 years now and was sitting in apartment that was near fire received a lot of s o o t. Cleaned it up and is running fine.

I like that the ports are on the top. I also like the door because it protects it from getting dust in the inside it is pretty light. And I love all my memory space.

worse trash i ever bought.......i replace it twice....kept freezing

Good for students and very basic operations. I'd like to have more in computer like that for 800$.

Although it's bigger than the HP Pavilion slimline model that I had previously, I really am enjoying it. I've never had any major issues with any HP products.

I found that this computer can handle all of the different programs that I have to run as well as games like; Diablo III, World of Tanks, World of Warcraft.

I have been buying my electronics from Best Buy for more than 10 years and have always reviewed the best customer service and the computers have worked fro me.

Best buy made the purchase and use of this computer Easy for me .They answered only questions he and were helpful solving the problem I had over the phone.

Purchased this computer as a replacement for our 8 year old HP desktop. Love the storage and memory capacity. Would recommend as a great mid-range system.

Overall performance was pretty good but I think windows 10 slows it down dramatically.

I like the extra USB ports on front of unit. Wireless mouse & keyboard make setup a snap.
