Great computer with plenty of power to edit video or gaming. The dedicated graphics really help and the case is sleek and stylish. I have had some issues when the computer goes to sleep getting it to wake up. Saw this problem in some of the reviews. HP should issue a fix for the problem. All in all a great PC.

This computer does a great job at performing all the tasks that I need. It handles a decently heavy workload with no real slowdown. Even gaming is decent with this one. I feel this a great deal for the price.

I´ve done extensive reviews before deciding for a new "gaming" desktop. The items I consider important: Core i7 CPU, at least 12 (preferably 16) GB of RAM memory and dedicated graphics card (this is a must) After purchasing it arrived sooner than expected (12/01 instead of 12/08) and is performing just great. Its fast, delivers what I expected and is extremely quiet.

A few hours after receiving the item I realized that the computer was not functioning like it supposed to, I had to call the Geek Squad Agents to assist me in navigating the desktop. I spoke with two of them and neither one could help me. I had to go to my local BestBuy. The Store IT ended up resetting the computer and reinstalling Windows 10. I was there all the time. Few Problems: The search bar to right of the "Start" menu was grayed and I could not type in it. There were no shortcut icons. The only shortcut icons were located at the bottom of the screen. When I click on the Amazon taskbar icon, I will have a pop up menu stating that the apps were expired. I could not open Edge, the message was the same. After the Windows 10 was reinstalled that night, the following morning I tried navigating myself on the internet and tried to check my email and download Chrome. Once I started downloading Chrome, the computer restarted itself. I retried many times and finally successful. I download the Office 2013 I purchased and it froze up that I had to do reboot. Some websites do not function when using Edge. I opened my school email via the school website and it was redirected to Google site and the computer froze up. Either the computer Freezes up or restarts itself. Maybe the computer or Windows 10 OS was defective. The computer was returned the day after I received it. The only good thing about this experience was that BestBuy reset and reinstalled Windows 10 while I waited at no charge and also the return was hassle free. They have helpful people.

Graphics/video card went out after only 10 days of ownership.
